  • I made your chicken and rice casserole for my family today. They all loved it! They are a pick bunch when it comes to food. Thank for giving us a recipe we all enjoy.

  • @TheLalo1976 You are very welcome! Thanks for your lovely feedback!

    --Betty :)

  • WOW -- this looks great, but then again, your work is always fantastic and you are so good to share it with the rest of us that are truly non-cooks and need your help.

  • @pearsonlawrence1 Thanks! I am delighted that you are finding some recipes that you can use!

    --Betty :)

  • Hi Betty, I love your recipes, but I have one question. I need to make at least a roast pan full of this, so how much will I need of ALL the ingredients, especially the flour and cheese mix?

    Thanks,

    Christine :)

  • @YolandaAdamsfan This recipe makes a medium to large size casserole dish. I don't know the size of your roasting pan, but if you think it would fit 4 casseroles in it, multiply each ingredient by 4 and mix them in the roasting pan and bake.

  • this looks soo good, you are such a wonderfull cook!(: im definitely going to make this soon.(:

  • @LinenRose Thanks for your lovely comment!

  • What kind of Velveeta chess did you buy?

  • @bettyskitchen Thanks. I made my first Chicken and Noodle Casserole.and it was really great. Aloha

  • @TheAlohaRobert Thanks for the great feedback! I really appreciate it!

  • what is the serving size for this recipe?

  • @shimmerpole This recipe should serve 4 to 6 people, depending on the size and appetite.

    --Betty :)

  • Parmesan and Alfredo anyone? Or would that taste absolutely gross? I kinda really hate cheddar cheese

  • @mak3myda3 I make Alfredo sauce from Parmesan or Romano cheese. You can use either cheese in the place of cheddar, if you don't like cheddar cheese.

    --Betty :)

  • Gotta love that sizzle :)

  • you are a great cook! i like you

  • Betty, do you think I could sprinkle crumbled Ritz crackers over the top for a little crust, and if so, at what point of the baking, and for how long? Thanks, you're awesome!!

  • @Bountybeard Finely crushed Ritz crackers would be great on the top. I would add them about 10 minutes before the end of baking.

  • Hi Betty, I'm in London and I enjoy your presenting style - good home-cooking that isn't too fussy. I'd like to say that you look particularly nice in this video - love the different hair and the top :-)

  • @kelvinblackwood Thanks so much! I appreciate your comment!

    --Betty :)

  • This looks like a delicious casserole! I really like the idea of using rotini in this recipe. I plan to try this soon, probably using some leftover rotisserie chicken. Thanks for sharing another great recipe!

  • You're welcome! I hope you enjoy the casserole. I have several casseroles, along the same theme--chicken, tuna, roast beef, ham. I keep the white sauce, change the meat, the type of cheese, and the vegetables. (I have had a lot of requests for casseroles!) Thanks for your sweet comment!

  • Betty I wana learn a way to cook a pasta sauce with tuna... Any ideas and i mean tuna chunks from the can aswell like you did with the chicken.....Peace

  • Hi! I have Betty's Best-Ever Oven-Baked Tuna Casserole that has tuna from a can and also noodles. Do you think that would work for you?

    --Betty :)

  • When i cook pasta i never put salt, butter or oil in the pot i jus put the pasta in n it always comes out great

  • Sounds great to me! The salt and oil are not necessary. The salt adds a little flavor, and the oil keeps them from sticking, but your way works just fine! Thanks for the nice comment!

    --Betty :)

  • please keep this up!! :)

  • I'm planning to! Thanks for the support and encouragement!

    --Betty :)

  • Betty how can you be so slim with all this good food? What is your secret?

I really enjoy your vids. You're great!

  • I love good food, but I eat only small portions of things that have a lot of fat and/or sugar. I eat lots of fruits and vegetable, so I feel full without eating many unhealthy foods. I also work out 4 days a week with a trainer. Thanks for viewing my videos and for commenting!

    --Betty :)
