The clasp on my Tiffany's bracelet broke a while ago, but I finally got chance to take it to our nearest Tiffany's counter last month. They said it'd be gone about two weeks, but it came back to me in less than 10 days good as new! So I bet you could do it without your fiance even knowing it was gone XD
