But what would the practical use of an aircraft like this be? I could see use for heavy airlift, but it's impractical even for that. I say that because of the amount of fuel it would require to run the four engines, the lack of space on the airframe for fuel storage, and lack of a central point with enough structural stability for a human pilot. Additionally, on the scale it would probably have to be built, it'd be impractical to pilot it remotely.
