The house has already voted on a form of this bill earlier this year. Now it has to be combined with the senate's bill to be sent to the president to sign. We can still contact the white house to urge obama to veto it (notice I no longer use capitals, out of disrespect :). If he does veto it, it will at least give us time to descend on our representatives to tell them to change their votes, as it will have to pass again by 3/4's. Translate your anger into action.
