I sat in a Liverpool bar one night. This guy came up to me- he was a friend of the guy I was meeting. He said that Loyalism needed people like me. I asked him why he wasn't a "person like me". He stood there, his mouth like a goldfish. A typical mainland loyalist that did nothing for his people in Ulster except shout the odd FTP at the local elderly nun. England and Scotland are full of Loyalists like that, most are losers and hyporcrits, all are cowards.
Apart from the fact I cannot condone Billy Wright for splitting from the UVF when they saw that our people were dying and we needed to work towards a better solution, I totaly agree with what your saying ! where were they in the 70's... the 80's maybe ? When our boys were getting shot at and locked up with life sentences the 'pubs locals' might sing a song maybe even say 'mate.. i'll be there' but wtf did and are they actually doing for us.. getting into fights and taring all of us with bad name
