BF3 is for the more serious or strategy players that deal with more situations. CoD is for those that get a rush from non team based games and cannot get past the adrenaline rush. Therefore, BF3 is for the group that is probably more mature, whilst the CoD group over rates itself and deals with just infantry combat. The only thing that could make BF3 players more mature is if they didn't argue with the children.

Some people simply want a test of reflex and skill, and CoD is perfect for that. @101thatonedude The guards have a limited number of things that they say to you while you're playing, and one of them is the whole "knee" thing. I've probably had it said to me by 20+ different guards.

It became popular because it's a little ridiculous and comical to think that every guard in the game was an adventurer until they took an arrow to the knee.

They created a device that challenged the power of the Deadric Princes and Azura cursed them, erasing them from the world. That same device was used by the Tribunal to turn three men into gods. Also, have you ever noticed that, with the exception of Blackreach, none of the Dwemer ruins look like the cities they're claimed to be?

The main settlements of the Dwemer were in Morrowind and you come to know a lot about of them during the course of the game, even you can meet the last living Dwemer and he can help you to know how his race disappeared from Nirn. So yeah, they play a huge part in Morrowind. If Bethesda had intended to make something special with them, they already would have done it in Oblivion or Skyrim.

@MuadDib27 The Septim bloodline isn't really as important as you'd think. The games just tend to revolve around the Septims as Emperor (specifically Uriel VII), that it hypes their importance. Talos was actually kind of a jerk, and may have in fact been made up from the legends of tens of legendary people.

The Thalmor won't be wiped out any time soon, they've been around as agents of the Summerset Isle for the High Elves for a very long time already. Nothing really new about them.

I simply brought up the Septim bloodline because of the current state of empire and it's emperor ( no spoilers hopefully you know what i'm talking about) and the possible motive of that conspiracy. Yeah, the Thalmor have been around, but the Empire is becoming more defensive and hesitant about them. I think the Dragonborn returning would definitely help knock them down a couple of notches, and keep the Aldemeri Empire from rising entirely. And Martin was a nice guy lol

What those rumors meant was that the game's engine constantly generated the same quests with different variables. So, you can always find a quest to do, even if it isn't original.
