  • Indeed the Rohner brothers fabricated the vertical and horizontal two cylinder Papp engines according to Dr. Gayle Gibson of Guymon, OK who bought the Papp engine collection at a Federal auction on Joe’s death. The vertical two was stolen from a government bonded storage facility and was never recovered, although there have been recent clues to it’s whereabouts. The horizontal two and the vertical are still in our possession. Some day maybe. . . . ? (Sorry Bob)

  • The Papp Engine is cover by U.S. Patent 4, 428,193 issued Jan. 31, 1984 now expired and thus in the public domain. The full specification including the gas composition to the tenth of a percent is specified. Anyone can now make and use it for FREE. The fact that no one has leads to its speculative nature.

    There were two vertical engines that ran. Neither of these are in your possession. You may still have the horizontal but it was never operational. Don't know anything about any bonded warehouse! Who was paying for it? I do know that It wasn't you and it wasn't bonded by any government. You don't need to apologize to me since you never did anything that I know about. Take care. BOB

For more detailed videos including a history, initial running, and multiple test runs, feel free to visit the rohnermachine com site. Closer inspection of this and other Walraven and Sabori videos will show them to be actual videos of our engines in operation. Thank you gentlemen for the lack of credit presented.

  • i think it's funny that chevron supposedly buys these patents off of people, which is why they never come out. Pretty sure that if i held a patent that would easily put chevron OUT OF BUSINESS...there's no amount chevron could offer that would make me sell. Yet...everyone sells. Somehow the people making these devices are all retarded geniuses.

  • As long as we have to go to someone else for our fuel, we will be captive consumers. In other words, we will become slaves to their source. Summery: Nice engine, but still no freedom from needing their fuel. Same medicine, just different doctors is all.

  • I am an amateur inventor with great ideas, I am getting ready to provide a thesis to present to some private companies(hopefully i can avoid going to government for help)

    My thesis will include 3 propositions. 1) using a trio of functions to provide power to ships such as plasma powered engines for thrust, Ion thrusters for takeoff, and Magnetic fields. 2) I have a theory as to why we dont have cold fusion and according to my research it is possible

    2.4 angstroms in Helium.

    3.7 - 2.4 = 1.3

    Other noble gasses mixed to moderate the explosion.

    That is the secret, and it works fine.

    If you don't know anything about K Electron capture and it's energies you have no idea how this works.

  • Funny that you mention this. Because I believe Stanley Meyers had a sealed engine to at some point in time. Or simply knew of the possibilities of completely sealing off the engine, which is how he described priming gases. Possibly along these lines.

  • if anyone can get it to work drop me a line because i want time to build my bomb shelter before the world implodes. Lets be honest, the thermodynamic laws of energy conservation need to apply, normal internal combustion you need stored chemical energy and an electrical source of ignition. for it to simply run on stored noble gasses the thing would have to be fusion powered to run continuously for 7000 hours without a top up. Even nuclear power would need topping up more than that.

The technology did not die with Joe Papp. These 20+ year old videos were not posted by Jim Sabori but by a gentleman who was Jim's guest to see Joe Papp.

  • This engine has no intake or exhaust. It has dome-shaped closed cylinders at top. There is a mixture of noble gases (helium, xenon, etc.) which are chosen to make the reaction speed conform to that required by the engine. The four-cylinder Volvo block used got 300 hp., constant. The gases expand, drive the pistons and contract for next cycle. It is a free energy invention, developed over 35 years ago. The oil companies and auto manufacturers know about it so why don't we have it???

  • Because it is a total bunch of bullshit. If you do assume the "Evil Oil Companies" is sitting on this. Why dont we see it in other countries? China is starving for energy and if this or ANY of the other mirad of so called Free Energy engines worked they would buy it in a second. These are all a Hoax to get people to invest money for their development.

Do you know how efficient the transformers are in welding machines ? Try 98%? Chevron buy's patents up as soon as they come out...there were cars that got 55mpg back in the 70's- and now today that's supposed to be a jump forward?

  • @nobrizzle Sorry but your wrong. I worked on experimental cars in the 70s trying vaporized gasoline carburators. What you dont understand is that internal combustion engines are limited to a theoretical 25% efficiency, NO MATTER WHAT THE FUEL OR DELIVERY SYSTEM. Transformers in your welders have nothing to do with how an engine will run. Buying up patents makes no difference. You dont need a patent to produce a product. Your being feed a line of BS on this conspiracy.

  • @Texmurphy51 yup, you can produce anything that is patented as long as it's not for profit. any one of these supposed world-changing technologies that has been "bought up" could be produced by any of the world's major philanthropists at a non-profit. Doesn't happen, cuz it's all BS, which is why you'll never see any of this stuff actually working on youtube, for profit or otherwise.

  • @nobrizzle that's pretty stupid. your conspiracy accusation assumes that everyone intelligent enough to develop such a device has coincidentally also been a scumbag willing to sell their patent to chevron and tons of other companies interested in keeping the devices off the shelves. I think it's pretty obvious, with the vast number of claims, that SOMEONE by now would have said "ummm, no, not selling".

  • The two cylinder in the middle of the video with the guy changing the speed just seems to be driven with a DC motor. You can hear the sound of a DC motor being driven by a pulse-width speed controller when it is slowed down. Knowing how much drag basic engine components cause, it is unlikely it could turn so slow and keep running. I don't think that one is the real thing.

  • Helium can be taken from underground gases from oil wells. Nobel gases are in low supply. Good work. The explosive reaction of these gases to a Tesla ignition coil is not available that I know of. Helium can re capture its electrons making it available to spark again. The theory as far as I can tell.
