Maybe because I am a white man who appreciates the beauty of all women and am engaged to a black woman, I have never encountered this. Is this really something that is at issue??? This seems absurd to me. There is a beauty to be seen in all aspects of the feminie creature. The way they walk, smell, feel. The power they have to create, support, lift you up, fill you up, and keep you grounded. They need to understand their power and realize God made them special and wonderful.

It's funny but I am probably a little older than most people on this line but in my day, during high school and becoming a grown woman, I never, ever thought we as women were less beautiful. This is true. Somewhere there became a breakdown in a Black female's perception of herself which probably came from comparing our beauty to what 'society' considers mainstream beauty which is White. I kept my own beautiful hair, never worried about my skin tone. Our beauty is not new to me. Peace. :D

I think one of the sexiest women ever was Nyota Uhura in Star Trek TOS. She was so, i dunno, fresh. Kinda clean, if you know what i mean. Like, no caked makeup, and she didn't try to be something she wasn't. She was just beautiful.

Ha ha, tht cannot b Jennifer Lopez's real arse - it looks like a cartoon arse . . . Shes either had surgery or has padded it out 2 make it look like that (fuck knows why . . .). I want to speak on this as a white girl...there are many upon many black women who are absolutely gorgeous. I see black women all the time who have exquisite features, very feminine eyes and lips, and also, seems a lot of them have more feminine bodies, with wider hips, etc. ...so please, don't pay one second of attention to what idiots say. Good song great message. I was a little thrown off by the somewhat objectifying album cover at the end. Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with the cover I and I am sure it works for the rest of the album but perhaps it would have been better not to show it after a song about respecting and appreciating women for other reasons then sexuality.
