  • It seems 9 people don't know where to begin.

  • @macoryDOTcom looks like you forgot to take your meds.

  • @ScrapeNow poop

  • @macoryDOTcom cool story bro

  • Only heaven's silence for an answer ...

  • VNV Rules!

  • In the beginning there was nothing, and then The God says "Let there be Light, so VNV can be raving thru' " And light happens with techno music together

    LOL

  • I think the use of the quotes from Neil Armstrong(?) quoting the bible in this song is to show how far we've come as a species. The point is that we even though we have achieved so much we have quite a way to go.

  • @sentientmachine11 Not Neil Armstrong... he was on Apollo 11, the first moon landing, but that quote's from from Apollo 8, the mission to the moon (but with no landing). As a matter of fact, it was the firs time anyone ever left earth orbit. I don't know who's talking... possibly Jim Lovell.

  • VNV VICTORY NOT VENGEANCE

  • My hearing is augmented.

  • such an amazing album, such an amazing group I wish bands like this took over the airwaves, their songs aren't advertisements for products or anything, and I know it sounds strange but the lyrical content is, although less aggressive, containing similar themes to hatebreed, with the positivity and overcoming of struggles and whatnot, nameste

  • just amazing

  • So afraid Open your eyes Know too well That fatuates you Something undefined There in the halflight The demon without The demon inside To play then torment you Feelings so sure Feelings so uncertain Something is wrong Everyone's gone You have been left behind Everyone left the demon inside
  • buen temaaaaaaaaa

  • to those who agree with VNV on what would help the world improve, is telling someone why it's true going to make them see it? The songs should speak for themselves and if they don't it's that they are either unwilling or incapable of agreeing because they are on too different a path. Say your piece if need be but only once.

  • @spiffyschmoo For 3 weeks after this comment, nobody posted anything. I guess everyone is out being the change they want to see in the world... Excellent!

  • They are actually speaking about how so many rely on the religion and they lose touch with humanity and how people need to learn that they can choose to be helpful or cowards.

  • Actually the 1st 30 seconds is cool, then it goes down hill.

  • The beat is cool, but dear god it's too damn preachy. lol

  • @coldsteel122 Wow, you think THIS is too preachy? They just sing about their beliefs.......

  • 8 people must be deaf....no offense.

  • @cahaoticnotions me and my mates started a bicyle soup kitchen and soonish hopefully a free education center . SO yeah EVERYONE ELSE follow what the Man Or woman said. DO IT don't just sit there talking about it .

  • @brandoncipelle Bicycle soup? I guess that has a kind of metallic taste.

  • @Sezmonz What you are saying is based on what? The fact that christians preach against Abortion, which is generally considered murder. May i remind you it was a Minister who delivered the "I Have a Dream Speech", and it was also Ghandi who brought about the overthrowing of british rule, Martin Luther (the german) brought about a great reform that resulted in you having the freedom to choose your beliefs. To say religion has not done anything good for humanity is Ignorant and pure Bigotry.

  • their best song, reminds me of autumn 2001

  • As a Christian I would like to say this: Gandhi is often quoted as having said "I like your Christ, I do not like your Christians" about Christianity and the stupidity done in its name. Likewise I would like to say to the VNV Nation fans arguing across all of his videos: "I like your music, VNV nation, but I do not like your fans."

  • @Garuvul Gandhi was right.

  • @nytrayfl2 Clarify?

  • @nytrayfl2 Ghandi also failed to remove the caste system in India... he did nothing more than overthrow the British rule, and nothing for civil rights. And thats one of the reasons one of his best friends shot him

  • Who keeps getting me hooked on music like this? I could just hug them!

  • Can christians STOP raving

?They religion has failed,to bring a better future for humanity. In their large temples they preach against freedom, against Human spirit.Against Me and You.And against themselves.

  • I love this song and I love VNV Nation. Period.

  • I prefer to look at Ronin Harris' work in a more visceral way. There isn't much point to it on an intellectual level.

  • "We are now approaching lunar sunrise and, for all the people back on Earth, the crew of Apollo 8 has a message that we would like to send to you.

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep.

And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness."

  • I love the way your voice goes in this piece ...TY VNV Love to ya Brothers

  • super song

  • If man kind ever discovers the secrets to creating a time machine to go back to the beginning of the world, likened to when we sent a monkey as the first in space may I suggest we send a raven or two first.

  • BADASS

  • I am unsure as to the reason why, but it seems that all the comments on VNV Nation's song have to do with either religion, politics, social differences or world views. Most of you are arguing just for the sake of arguing, when little of what you say actually affects anyone, yet you still defend your beliefs, even if that belief is not believing in anything. If you want change, stop telling strangers on the internet. Go make it happen, or find new beliefs.

  • @chaoticnotions so walmart is either of those? xD

  • @chaoticnotions They're arguing about what the song means. There's nothing wrong with debate. It's gotten society to this point.

  • @SilentSputnik and a fine point it is.

  • @chaoticnotions all of vnv nations songs have strong political social and religious messages

  • @chaoticnotions Your comment is ironic.

  • @chaoticnotions

    Sir, or Madam,

I may not agree with what people believe, or what you believe, but I will fight tooth and nail for their and your right to feel and express them, regardless of venue.

Also, I feel that one does not "find new beliefs." I feel that people can not control what they believe.

  • @jamminbomb LoL 'people cannot control what they believe' LoL i hope you were joking.

  • @IIbikerII I challenge you to believe tomorrow something completely opposite than what you believe today. For example, let's say you are a fundamentalist Christian. Tomorrow, believe that there are multiple deities. Or, if you are Atheist, control your beliefs so that you believe in something. It just doesn't happen. You can not help loving the person you love, you can not help believing what you believe. You can change them eventually, over years, but you can not just stop believing.

  • @jamminbomb Loving someone is not the same as believing in someone. Believing means to accept something as True, or Real, so, say one was an Atheist, tomorrow one could believe God is True, and Real, while not liking this feeling, they can still have it. Its like Knowing you did excellent on an exam, but feeling as though you failed it.

  • @chaoticnotions THANK YOU

  • @chaoticnotions stfu please

  • @furseiseki I don't like Walmart either, I'm saying, that if the people stopped shopping at Walmart, walmart wouldn't be. You see? Nobody is forcing people to shop at Walmart. But people do shop at walmart, so they must like it. Thats how liberal democracy and free market capitalism works.

  • that intro makes me misty every time. Why did we never go back to space? Retarded politics has always been my guess, budget cuts to line the pockets of old farts arguing over pointless bullcrap......*sighs*

  • @roguemutt amen, i hate political bullcrap and big corporations

  • elitest central here. how do u get a world to cooperate? insult and patronise the masses who have yet to realise many aspects of reality natural reality? or love and worship all as gods and no longer as men. language and media have us destroying ourselves from within. love and compassion leads to greater understanding and that leads to peace, fuckers.

  • You are all wrong. The walmart are there because the people want it. Does that make it good or bad? Well, if you believe in democracy its a good thing :)

  • FOR VICTORY AND NOT VENGEANCE

  • @JTHM131 not vengeance, but revengeance

  • @furseiseki

THANKYOU. Someone who actually rationalizes. Now for the other 6 billion people on this planet......

  • OH FUCK YES!!!

  • I kinda think the song can be interpreted as our hopes for the space program and finding "someone" out there. We've looked to the sky for guidance or for evidence of someone else, in hopes of finding our purpose or meaning, with "only heaven's silence for an answer". I remember someone saying once, "To be human is to be alone". Kind of a downer, actually. lol

  • I honestly hate religion and all it's flaw's, but if there's one thing that we logical thinking atheists need, it's meaningful poetry and literature to form our own style.

  • @warmongermattias with respect, that's a little offensive. Actually that the pinnacle of intolerance.

  • @SangheiliSniper11

Pinnacle of intolerance?! Tell that to the psychotic christian's in Nigeria who burn children over witchcraft. THAT is the pinnacle of Intolerance. I make one decent comment praising religion and you decide to just ruin it. Really.

  • @warmongermattias Try Nazi Germany, Adolf and his SS was comprised of atheists. And I take it you would rather believe what man has made up? It's called a theory for a reason.

  • @SangheiliSniper11

Are you just an idiot or did you just skip history altogether?

Hitler was Catholic and so was a majority of his fanatical staff members. You should know that he was a paganistic-catholic ritualist and believed in blood magic. That isn't atheist........ You are just ignorant and I have no time for someone who doesn't take the time to read on his historical fact's. Good day.

  • @warmongermattias Are you serious? Really? Hitler was atheist and so was the majority of the SS, sorry, but last I checked the University of Michigan doesn't get their history courses wrong. You should go to a different school if they taught you otherwise.

  • @SangheiliSniper11

Oh, right, now your investigating where If I fucking live. Fuck off, you sicken me. I have not time for idiot's who spend most of their time trolling and running around with the stupidity plague. You're just a religious apologist and you are pathetic at attempting to convince me. Fuck off and good day. Go to church and continue fucking up the world as it is. Your no more useful in society than a rat, and I don't make time for filth.

  • @SangheiliSniper11

And your whole airforce jig that you have made up, yeah, bullshit. There two types of military people. One are the kind that fight and die in Iraq for the greed of the past congress, and the other is the one that is what we classify as the "Wanna-be". You are the second. I've met real people who joined the military, and they never had time to join up in a sanghelli fan club or even post a video of it. You make me laugh my ass off.

  • @warmongermattias Wow, spewing redirect without facts, as for the military, I'm a USAF A1C, secondly I looked at your account, let me guess, you're still in high school, opinionated but immature. You come off aggressive and you seem to refuse to have a conversation, like a tolerant, mature, and logical thinking human. You are also attempting to make up fact while also insulting the person who has disproved you.

Oh and big government is bad, small government is good.

  • @SangheiliSniper11

When I fucking said I have no time for idiot's, I meant it. Now fuck off and go play air-force hero by blowing up some already blown up buildings. Go serve your fucking masters and make us poorer, that way when the revolution comes, we'll know who to knock door's on. Oh yeah, another thing.

Big Gov is good, small gov is bad.

  • @warmongermattias So in other words, I'm right and you have nothing but insults to respond. You should learn how to have a mature debate when you go to high school.

  • @SangheiliSniper11

Nothing but insult's? I have no time for someone who has already made up their mind, and that the fact they think equality is for pussies make's it worse. I''m sickened by every one of you. First you let your son's and daughter's die in a pointless war, then you start sending successful immigrant's into your ranks, perhap's thinking that you'll lose competition. You all fucking sicken me. Capitalism is a crime against every human right.

  • @warmongermattias Again, you don't state facts, only your opinion, which actually goes against your own right to state it. Also Capitalism is the only economic strategy what worked, look at china, they had to allow capitalism into their country an now they are a rising power. And unfortunately, I must fight for your right to argue in such a matter.

  • @SangheiliSniper11

Unfortunately? I'm stuck in an economic shitstorm because of people like you. When I grow to adulthood, I'll be stuck with the system YOU crashed. China's capitalism worked because they have the ability to expand productivity in all area's without worrying about rebellion. Beside's, China's government still control's their corporate hounds, which mean's they won't lose profit or control in the market. Again, this conversation is over, because you've already made your mind.

  • @warmongermattias "When you grow into adulthood" I could rest my case there.

When the government controls the free market, people lack the ability to control the aspect of their business and china has little control in the designated SEZs or Special Economic Zones, where business is flourishing. As for the US economy the best thing would be tax cuts, more money into the consumer so they purchase more product.

  • @SangheiliSniper11

Even though I'm about to boil, that's the first idea I can agree with you on. Russia's doing it, why not us? that's the real problem. Idiotic Corporate CEO's tend to spend their fortunes on stuffing them up in bank's and not spending, which slow's down the economy. That's why I prefer socialism. It's good for small countries. The U.S is suited for Jefferson-Era Democracy *without slaves*, and we're stuck with corporatism and capitalism. What party are you anyway?

  • @warmongermattias On CEO's yes, that's why federal regulators need to do more, but still maintain a business' ability to contribute to the free market.

I am an independent, I have conservative and liberal views so I really can't identify with a main party.

  • @SangheiliSniper11

That's a first. Before I was Socialistic I was an Independent supporter *No shit I'm not old enough to vote* Well, I guess the arguement stop's here. I thought for a moment you were one of those ultra-conservatives styled after England's conservatives. God how I hate them.

  • @warmongermattias No I understand, I'm no glen beck here. That guy is crazy.

  • @SangheiliSniper11

I'd also agree on that. Look, here is my less coercive opinion. I prefer small nation politic's and economic equality, racial equality, and social standardization. You prefer distribution of wealth based on a caste system based on profession. I suggest to you not my opinion, but Jefferson-Era Democratic policy, and I advise Socialism to successful examples like Scandinavia *everything within* and Vietnam ,Private opinion.Thing is, you need self-control to make anything work.

  • @warmongermattias Understandable, and federal regulations are supposed to to control said corporations, however they seem to find loopholes much like BP did.

  • @SangheiliSniper11

Good thing I notice Michigan is having a lack of their stations. I find this a good example of people taking down an corrupt company.

  • @warmongermattias Fortunately more people are taking an active role in the local governments recently, the economy still needs more small business and local projects to get jobs out there, we also have a election for governer this fall.

  • @SangheiliSniper11 * Governor rather.

  • @SangheiliSniper11

I utterly support independent business. It's a lot more appealing than large monopolizing bastards like Wal-Mart and restaurant counter-parts. Small business means good quality products. Wal-Mart is just a product Whore.

  • @warmongermattias youre a stupid fuck. local businesses close when a walmart comes to town because they suck. walmart does everything better in every way with better prices and when it comes to money no one gives a fuck about some romantic notion of "mom and pop" stores.

  • @sealdonut

Oh, so you know their employee policy of dead peasants? Or that they get, no, the entire WORLD get's their products from China. You are an ignorant fool who uses slandering to get what you want out of an arguement. Guess what? Fuck yourself and buzz off if you can't keep your whining to yourself. Losers all over this fucking planet. I'll need life insurance by the age of 20 with the stress I'll develop at this rate.......oh, and fuck off, don't forget that.

  • This song is sick!

  • This is my second-favourite song by them, after "Joy" - they both have similar themes of existential angst, except "Joy" seems to be more about personal loss, while "Genesis" is about loss felt by the whole world. I feel that in our modern day the world is shifting and unknown, and there are no religions or ideologies you can trust in as a adult, although everyone wants something to believe in. Hence the line "even lands we once called home lie undiscovered and unknown" - sums up the whole song.

  • Oh, and I'm not saying you have to believe in religion or any philosophy. The whole point of this song and VNV's music is that you have to develop your own consciousness and see the world for what it is - with both beauty and ugliness - and to believe in something better.

  • ever since my friend showed me VNV Nation i have been in love with them ever since, i will never stop listing to their music i have been searching for this song forever seriously it took me this long just to find it lol VNV nation rules!

  • full body goosebumps.

  • I love this sound, love electro-dark, german style, totally awesome sound

  • this video rules. Mainly because of the song :-)

  • u damn nerds shut the hell up listen to the song, don't cry and say" it means you have to look in ur heart and find out who u are"

  • @HarleyStcool haha nice

  • I love VNV Nation with all my heart. I don't care about religion or anything like that. This music, this voice speaks to my heart.

  • Every cry a wasted moment until another day is lost.

  • I believe theres enuff room in this world for all believers muslims, jews, sun worshippers, tree huggers, .. etc.. cuz they're many paths to accepting Jesus as bord and slaver.

  • I just went to see the space shuttle launch from Kennedy Space Center and I had this song in my head the whole time.

  • damn! the intro is perfect.

  • let there be light~

  • We are now approaching lunar sunrise and, for all the people back on Earth, the crew of Apollo 8 has a message that we would like to send to you:

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

  • I'm not religious but I really like the imagery in the intro and think they did very well with the material they chose. It's got a really good feel to it.

  • Well see how art is really in the ''eye'' of the beholder? For somebody else this could just relate to the ''genesis'' of the space effort(seeing how the clip is for the maned mission of Apollo 13) Just saying...

  • God i love that intro

  • great song!!!

  • great song, lets stick to that subject

  • This makes me emotional...

  • My friends would irk on this song, athough i , beleave in something greaater

  • COOLEST INTRO EVER

  • @nintendo9231889 Addictive, ainit?

  • Why bother discussing god on a (relatively) unrelated video? My view of god... I believe in god, but do not identify as christian. Yes, this world is full horrible things, but its also full of beauty. Maybe, just maybe, this contrast of violence illustrates the beauty of life, and, if there is a god, that's what he wanted. And the dictators that caused mass genocides? Haven't they taught us what we should prevent?

  • @CryogenicXsean God is ? I don't know more than ? i can't give you all . Yes buauty , yes horrible , and yes sustanence,as a human.. I give to you

  • weil ihr die streitfrage noch nicht verstanden habt

  • Es kommt nicht darauf an, dem Leben mehr Jahre zu geben, sondern den Jahren mehr Leben zu geben.

  • VNV Nation IS AWESOME! They help me with theier Music to done my Bachelor degree program in Mathematics!

  • Well you certainly didn't done a bachelor's in English :D

  • @kelpie394 thanks for saying it so I didn't have to, haha

  • These guys were AWESOME live :D

  • 7 years ago I thought they wouldn't gonna come to the US

  • @ Snuffomatica :

Illusion is not VNV nation like...

but if you like their hymns and slow stuff, try "from my hands", "where there is light" or "ghost" from their new album "of faith power and glory".

If you want to check if vnv nation is really your music, listen to "sentinel" or "legion" (the most "original vnv nation songs" in my opinion)

  • you forgot Endless Skies ^_^

    i love that song.

VNV Nation are one of the few "bands" that can basically do something for everyone and do it all so well. They have dance music, slow music, music to make you act and music to make you think

  • I got into VNV nation very very recently through hearing 'Illusion'

this (genesis) is great but I've yet to find a track I like anywhere near as much as the former one... Help!

  • Try Homeward off the matter + form album, or some of the others i did the same as you i heard that song first then was hooked, I have the Judgement album but some times profer the feel of the matter + form album,

  • or try something totally diffrent, try

Mind in a box, thats if you not heard of them already a song called fear had the same effect as illusion

  • i dont know.yet but i too recently heard them through illusion and a different song cant remember the name but yeah

  • If you like Illusion try Beloved or Standing

  • Try Saviour (VOX)

  • Another GREAT line up by the personaly BEST Techno Band EVER!

  • vnv nation isn't techno. the music style is called future pop.

  • I don't visualise VNV music as music suitable for clubs. VNV's music is too sophisticated for clubs and requires careful listening to appreciate it in all its splendour.

  • Once there was a toothfairy,

    then there was santa.

We all stop believing in them once we get old enough to think for ourselves and realise that it`s nonsence.

Still with all our intelligence we believe in a allpowerfull beïng we have never seen before who created the world and the heavens and the stars in 6 days and then took a day rest.

    Ya right......

Guess he didnt give us enough brains to think properly and see that all religions are just ways to have controll over large populations.

  • way to miss the point of the song. Try listening to some of their other stuff - this is not a plea for an overbearing god to save us, it's an indictment of those who do. Most of their music is focused on teh fact that the world is screwed up - but we can fix it. IF WE GET OFF OUR ARSES. It sets a challenge, not a whine.

  • we all have different interpertations of the music that is what makes it great the fact that it can morph it meaning to be something sympathetic to what we believe and what we want

  • lyzander0, you just need to shut the hell up and learn something about what you're trying to say. Im christian because it offers one of the many things almost all other religions don't have at all, its called freedom, I am free to choose how, when, and where i worship god, i am not forced, i am not controlled, i choose to. Look at islam: You MUST do as they say or you are castout, Judaism will do the same in many cases. In some places you are right, but not all religions do what you say they do

  • guess you lack the brains too, there is no god, there is no proof.

and i will not shut up.

i will say whatever i want, that is allso called freedom (of expression)

Freedom in christianity has only recently been discovered. For over 1400 years the christians have activly opressed and murdered countless people in the name of a god that some people just dont believe in...

Maybe not in the modern world. Because relegion must adept or change to survive. and changing the "truth" is called lying.

  • Bullshit. Where is your proof moron?

They didn't murder unless they were murdered or threatened. And isn't that what we do nowadays?

The world hasn't changed neither has religion yes you can say that we have become more 'civilized' but that limits to certain aspects.

  • Moron? is that how you adress people nowadays?

    proof?

    how about the inquisition...

They murdered people that where heretics.

There`s your proof. Easy as that, lol.

  • Well thats what everybody did not just christians. Furthermore not all of them did it, you are globalising far too much.

  • ah yes, everybody did it ^^

    that makes it all right...

and yes, not all of them did it. or there wouldn`t be anyone left.

    so, i`ve given you proof.

Can you give proof that god exists?

like real proof. not some 2000 year old stories that are bundled in a book.....

  • @lyzander0 look around you! there is evidence everywhere you look. do you really think we are all here just by chance? :) just saying. i wnt try 2 shove my beleifs down ur throat tho, don't worry.

  • i`m sorry, but the things i see around me is no proof that what`s in the bible is real.

lord of the rings could be real just the same for that matter.

it`s a book. a bundle of stories. an explanation for things people can`t understand. but it doesn`t make it real. it is a nice fiction novel.

maybe there is a god. maybe he has 10 arms and 3 legs and great wings like a bat or something.

nobody knows because nobody EVER saw god.

  • "look around you! there is evidence everywhere you look. do you really think we are all here just by chance?"

Can't we all just look at the world to see it's beauty without having to pretend that fairies live in it? God is a baby-slaughtering maniac, if God is all powerful and all loving, why would he let an abomination as the Holocaust happen, instead of saving 6 million lives?

  • @aarontheartist57

    indeed. another example:

Why would i worship a god that created a world in wich animals have to slaughter each other in order to feed?

Isn`t that a sadistic bloodthirsty god? I dont want that as my great saviour.

Why not create a world of vegetarians!

It is much more logical that the world we live in is NOT created by some deity. It is far to bloody.

  • Um yeah, but then the world would be boring and perfect. I mean seriously a lion chasing a water buffalo is like watching a suspenseful movie.

  • "is like watching a suspenseful movie. "

    Are you a redneck?

  • no, but it looks like someone doesn't get my point.

  • @lyzander0

perhaps our existences is a balance of some higher form influence, and the belief to let thing evolve without intervention. The way I like to view it is our souls are eternal, recycled, and restricted by the physical medium we are bound to. Like a Hard drive after a reformat, a higher form knows data existed, yet the operating medium is tricked into thinking as a new system. Perhaps that is how everything was, is and will be ad infintuim

  • Lets see, one because people did it. two because i doubt that if there is a god that he/she/it would care what a bunch of mundane idiots did with fire and guns, and three because its what people like Adolf Hitler say using peoples fears and desperations to assert their power silence their people and no one finds out about these things till its too late.

  • true, and there was no devine intervention.

because there is no god. You can pray all you want, but it`s a waste of time.

  • @ lyzander0 Maybe your life is fucked up and you blame god for it, you can hate the idea of a divine being all you want, thats your way to beleive and god doesnt force you to think otherwise, so keep your shitty attitude to yourself, this is commenting on a VnV Nation song not how fucked up our own lives are and how much we blame religion on it.

  • You sound like the kind of person who could understand the views of the Westboro Baptist Church.

It makes sense.... in a way.

  • Thank UUUUUUUUUUUUUUU, GAMER2k4, for all these *pearls* from VNV!!!!!!!!

    Kisssssssssssssssssssss!

  • Powerful track.

  • this is probably their best tune lol

  • That recording is from Apollo 8's broadcast. They read the first ten versicules of the Bible, about the creation of the heavens, seas and Earth.

I strongly reccomend you to hear it: I'm an atheist, and still it's one of the most powerful messages I've ever heard. Three men, much farther from home than anyone else has ever been, talking to the entire Earth how precious it is.

"And we close with good night, good luck, a Merry Christmas, and God bless all of you, all of you on the Good Earth."

  • Anyone can see the beauty in the way life is, be they Christian, Atheist, or anything else. Many people can quote Gandhi without believing as he believes.

In this world, in all of this universe, there is beauty to behold. Two people may disagree about the origin of a flower, but both can equally appreciate its beauty.

If people would stop yelling for two minutes and just talk, like real people and not warriors, we would all find common ground.

We all see the same world, just from different views

  • I couldn't have put it in better words. You speak a powerful message.

  • Look, I'm an atheist (well, actually I'm not, really more of an agnostic, but who cares), and I love this song. I've read Genesis, and the opening lines of it are some of the most beautiful writing I've ever read. There's a lot about the Bible I dislike, but I appreciate the beauty of the writing even if I don't agree with the message. If you actually approach people on equal ground about their beliefs, you'll find a lot of things you didn't know before.

  • I'm an atheist too

you you are right on the opening lines

and I feel the saame way.

  • ...And the lord said...... let there be LIGHT

  • What other bands like this offer philosophical wonder? More music needs to be made which is intelligent
