This says everything you need to know about the UN, if we can leave the IPCC for a moment understand that the UN is only one third democratic Nations the other two thirds are the non democs and they act as a voting block against the minority democracies as a matter of principal. Meanwhile they pass many motions and laws against the best interests of the world. this is why America refuses to pay its contributions and who can blame them !
