  • i have that DVD player!

  • Can the player run dvds already in the machine to the ipod

  • I lost my a/v cord to this player. I went to Radio Shack and they sold me a camcorder a/v cable. I can't get it to work. Would you know if I bought the wrong cable or do only cables from Philips work with this player? Thanks for your help.

  • could you give me the full name of the DVD player please? And does it work with a 160 GB iPod classic? If you could respond right away, I would be very appreciative.

    Thank You!!!

  • @RSC510714 This video was made years ago. I don't even know if they still make it, and the newer ipod classics (ipods with internal hard drive ...as opposed to flash memory like the touch ipods) may not fit properly and could damage the protector.

  • @RSC510714 no I already try it

  • Well I have one and can't get it to work with my ipod. I have the 3rd gereration and the video doesn't work on the dvd. I still even haven't gotten it to work connected to the tv.

  • I need serious help. I got this DVD player for a delayed x-mas gift that my parents bought on Black Friday 2008. I have been ever since April trying to figure out why the battery wont charge and why I can hear music with my 80G iPOD via the DVD player but no video. It works with fine playing DVD's but its virtually useless if I have to keep it plugged in and can't use the iPOD. Any suggestions?

  • Does it work with the ipod nano 4th generation I think it is??

  • 2:52 - switching between "widescreen" and "normal".

One day "normal" - what you really meant was 4:3 will be the exception rather than the rule.

    I'd say instead - switch between widescreen/16:9 and 4:3.

  • Good point. At the time, a couple of years ago, 4:3 was still the "norm," but I really should have used the term 4:3 aspect ratio.

  • I think It will play ANY Ipod... (video and up)

  • Mr. D. Lee Beard , regarding philips dvd player portable DCP750/37 could you pls help me how to change the region setting from zone 1 to zone 4 ? thanks Roger

  • cool thanks for the info. overall what would u rate it?

  • does it work with ipod video 30gb

  • I would check the specs on the actual model you buy as store stock may vary. I'm sure you can find one that does support the 30GB model.
