Going as Betty Draper for Halloween - finished look!

It's great, except the eyeshadow and dress color. Betty wears a skin colored shade on the lids and a tan in the crease. It's barely there. And she never wears black clothing. They tend to dress her in icy blues and pastel pinks and yellows. I think the darkest dress she's ever worn was a charcoal grey color.

Um yeah betty draper is a housewife not a secetary. And her eyes are more nude. Less smoked out. Also the lips are more pink or coral but red is far from. Do you even watch mad men thats not even close

Great advice, thank you, Kate! I know what you're talking about with the fat forward curl, instead of the flipping back curl. I will try this tonight. :)

When you do your hair for tomorrow, try curling your hair in the opposite direction, so that it curls a little more under instead of back. So hard to explain but just look at pictures of Betty. Also, take a section of hair around the crown and spray and tease so that you get more of the bouffant look. Then smooth over the top after you tease to give it the smoothed over poof. Hope this makes sense! Have fun!
