yes this phone has just about everything Sprint has to offer. Sprint TV, RADIO, Sprint Navigation, Built in MP3 Trimmer to create your own ring tones, Built in you tube player to many good things. Only down side is that it has no memory slot for a micro SD card, only 4GB of internal memory. Great phone i must say, I would get this phone but I'm going to get the Touch Pro, which is the same thing but with a slide out keyboard and micro SD card. BOTH Phones ROCK!

Definitely the Touch Diamond. I've had the instinct and returned it after I think 2 days of use. It is way to limited for my use. Sprint TV is also choppy (and still is even today from what I hear from other users)

The instinct isn't bad necessarily, however depends on your needs, it will either work or won't work. I happen to be a business user,so I am a bit' more demanding than the average consumer.

The instinct is not great for multi-tasking either, if you get a call while you're texting better finish the txt first, otherwise when you answer t he call, the text will be lost.

I like Windows Mobile phones for Sprint because of sprint T.V, Radio and Sprints GPS navigation. You can send videos, pictures, Use slingbox and watch all your cable channels and install the Skyfire browser with flash so you can watch any video you please and so many other things. Im going to get this phone or Sprint's Touch Pro which will be released on Oct.19, which is the same phone but with a keyboard and a memory micro SD Card, which on HTC website show it can handle a 16GB card.

The diamond is for the mainstream user, not experienced tech people who would obviously go with the Touch Pro for it's memory expandability, flash and keyboard. Sprint and HTC did a lot of things right with this phone, by increasing memory and battery. 4 gigs is a lot, for me, since I stream all my media via Orb anyways.

OH BTW: In your review, you talked about the accelerometer limitations. I found a new program called Gsen, which enables full g-sensor capabilities in any application and window (except TF3D of course).

i agree with u about the whole messed up design thing... it looks more edger with the sharp edges and diamond back, i think it would hav got more peoples attention with it, but one good design is the no more plastic back... i had a palm centro and it has a shiny plastic back and it got on my nerves because of the finger prints and stuff, but idc im happy its coming to america and on sprint because i have sprint... but i think the htc touch. pro is gonna be much better

Do you know if you can enter text in landscape mode? I read on the user's manual online on page 55 that,

"• When in landscape mode, Compact QWERTY and the Phone keypad are not available."

What I did with my HTC Touch was I set the side button key when pressed and held that it would rotate the screen. It was possible to do that with the original Touch. Can you check if this can be done with the Touch Diamond? Thank you.

Nice review but for god's sake turn off the auto focus! Set the focus, open the iris a little so it's not so dark, and your videos will look MUCH better!

We agree. We had a terrible weather yesterday and was very dark during the day. We tried putting some lights around, but the device was too reflective to get a good angle. We will do better in the next one.
