They dont show Mariah close up coz it would make it clear that the sound youre listening to doesnt come out from her mouth. If you see the original videos from people who were there, youll see that she mess up the song, and she was lipping the hogh notes.

the parts that are lipped are 0:18 - 0:21 + 0:27 - 0:45. depending on some performances, 0:33 - 0:36 is live
