"Bacalao" is an Restaurant in Svolvær (I think it was), and the name refers to some of the popular dishes you can order... Specially fish-dishes, among them, Bacalao. =) So Bacalao means almost the same here in Norway, only difference is that we call it Bacalao when the cod is made in a special way with certain ingredients=)
