Does ANYONE know which advert it is where a man and woman is running along a beach and they meet and hug and his hairy chest wig comes off and sticks on her chest?? I have tried to find it and can't. PLEASE help Sleepless nights!!! Binny x
It was an ad for cigars 'that give you six appeal' from about 1981 I think. I found another one of the ads on here, where a guy puts on too much aftershave then has to jump in his bath to cool off. But didn't bookmark it (silly arse me!). It was in the middle of a compilation so I can't even do a search for it.
Agreed. Rushton was always good value, but the fact that he would Do Anything inevitably meant that much of what he did in later years was rubbish, and I'd far rather see these ads straight and uninterrupted. Still, better than a latterday clip show ...
Great old commercials but I would have loved to have seen them just as they were without the unfunny linking script that poor Willie Rushton is forced to perform.
Total fuckhead!

I'll find it eventually.

Yeah, I find the Willie Rushton bits irritating too. Great ads though! I remember that Santa one from when I was a kid.
