  • Is it possible to mix only with the behringer and a laptop?

  • @Techno4Everyone Really it depends on what software you're using and the complexity of the mix ...if you have in depth questions, the easiest way to get in depth answers is the Support portal on our website. :)

  • @Techno4Everyone Im using Traktor pro 2 with it and it works perfectly :) If you have a mac then use audio MIDI setup (Macintosh HD/Applications/Utilities) to create an aggregate device using output 1+2 on USB audio codec and output 1+2 on core audio. Select this device in Traktor then select the appropriate outputs on EXTERNAL mixing mode :) Hope this helps

  • so are the channel faders the same infinium faders? i dont use crossfaders and would be pleased if the upfaders were also optical..

  • @variant420 AFAIK, only the crossfader is optical, I'm afraid.

  • is this a really good mixer to invest?

  • @polloxplayboy ...I think so, the DJX900USB has a good amount of features for not much money. It's a good all-around DJ mixer. :)

  • Will this work with Virtual Dj?

  • @Patandjonjoofficial Yup, we know of a lot of folks using that combo!

  • Hey, I have a question. Can i connect djx 900 via usb and play 4 track on 4 channels?(I mean i don't wan't to do any fancy stuff with alot of vires) And do it have midi controler feature?

  • @lfsdorifter The USB is stereo in/out. If you're looking for extensive MIDI functionality, check out the DDM4000! :)

  • @behringer Can I use this with only the USB plugged in? Do I absolutely need speakers to connect to?

  • @tunnelscope Feel free to monitor using headphones!

  • beginner dj mixer!!

  • i got 1 question....If i have only the mixer...(NO CDJ) can i use my laptop like a cdj? ( i mean using traktor...)

  • @djallinlucky I don't think that would be a problem. We have a lot of folks using the DJX900USB with Traktor. :)

  • @behringer another question :)....What is better...this DJX-900 or the DDM4000?

  • @djallinlucky Both are great! Depends on if you like the simplicity and low price of the DJX900 or the features of the DDM4000.

  • @behringer can i use it with my desktop??is there any problem if i dont have cdj?

  • @sektas93 Depends on the software you're using but a lot of folks are doing it...

  • @djallinlucky use a software called asio4all if you use it with traktor

  • @djallinlucky i think u can do that by getting the right cables nd using the right settings

  • Where can you get this in black, with the green levels? and blue effect button? All DJ websites show it with orange lights? :/

  • What's the release d. ?? Plz

  • @MRLAMBOVINCE Should be available now!

  • argh, so much confusion over usb channels... @ the 1:00min mark this guy says this mixer has audio interface 2 channels in/out from computer, which conflicts with Behringer's responses to comments on this video.

which answer is correct? can i get 2 channels via usb into this mixer without an external soundcard... yes or no?

  • release date in Canada please !

  • @ThePretendersMW Late October, I believe.

  • How many ins/outs does the USB sound card have? Is it enough to run 2 or even 4 decks from Traktor?

  • @clyrenternal The USB connection is a stereo-in/stereo-out mix.

  • when is this coming out?

  • @clyrenternal Ships in July!

  • @behringer Brillaint! better get saving up

  • Is There Any Way I can connect it to traktor?!?!

i dont care about the money ;)

i just wanna connect it to my computer!

    HELP!!!

    Thanx :)

  • @TheNG1997 yeah man connects to traktor n computer

  • @TheNG1997 @aly0512 Yep! Just connect via USB for audio functionality. You will, however, need an audio interface in order to support multi-channel out from Traktor running into your mixer.

If you want to CONTROL Traktor via a mixer, you'll need something MIDI-enabled like the DDM4000. Cheers!

  • when will behringer release this mixer ? I cant wait !

  • can i use this mixer with virtual dj?

  • @xXCerloneXx Hey there, the DJX900USB is a traditional analog mixer. For software control, check out the DDM4000! It functions as a digital mixer as well as a MIDI control surface.

  • Does it work with traktor ?

  • @ThePretendersMW You can pass audio from Traktor through the mixer, yes, but it will not function as a controller for Traktor. For that kind of functionality, check out the DDM4000!

  • @behringer What if I use and Audio 6 Dj so i can pass audio through each channel ?

  • @ThePretendersMW Yes, that would work.

  • The DJX range has been bedroom stuff since day one. The only product I can fully back 100% is the DDM, The DJX is just a joke, i'm sorry but it's time you let the DJX range die.

  • @jurgenenbart Phono is used for analogue turntables, line is used for digital signals, such as CD and Line in (sound from computer)

  • looks a very nice mixer :),

but what is the difference between line and phono??

    Please Reply

  • can i plug an efx500 or efx1000 with it ?

  • @ThePretendersMW Yes! The DJX900USB has an effects loop so that would be no problem!

  • Does any controls on the Mixer controls the software as well?

  • When will this product PRO MIXER DJX900USB be available? and price please....

  • @PJay87CZE Hey! The DJX900USB should be out in April or May. Prices will vary, but expect them to be around $299.99 USD. Thanks!

  • And how's the effect section ?

  • @ThePretendersMW The DJX900USB features the same Effects section from its predecessor, the DJX750.

  • was the effect section updated ? I mean , is it now comparable to the ddm4000 's effect ?

  • @DeejayUCEFb No, it's not quite as robust as the DDM4000, which is a wholly digital mixer w/ 2 effects processors and multiple controllers per processor.

  • @behringer It would be better if you made a 4 channel mixer with 2 channels with usb support(that's what people want with a low budget). There are lots of mixer with 2 usb channels. Behringer can not compete with this mixer against other usb mixers on the market. And if i have another audio output from my computer it would only give crappy sound. Could i use an (external)audio interface to mix with my computer???

  • Can you play 2 songs with the computer through the mixer or just one? because i see only 1 channel with usb and the other 3 channels only with line or phono.

  • @DJSSSAM Only Channel 1 supports USB in, though if you have alternate audio outs from your computer you could connect them via the RCA inputs on any other channel. Thanks for checking in!

  • can i use channel 1 n' 2 with my dj software and 3 n' 4 with Cdjs?

  • @CheckoGA Yes, but you will need a multichannel interface to get 2 channels out of your computer to run into channels 1 and 2 on the DJX900USB.

  • What a let down...they need to redesign the over all look of the mixer, it still looks cheap and boring.

  • I'd love to see balanced outputs

  • price?

  • @lostidiot $599.99 MSRP. Thanks for checkin' in!

  • the kills by the CF is actually quite handy, nice idea

  • "long time no see" yeah havent seen you since the last take of this video" lol.

  • I wish the would have placed the crossfader assigns above each channel - primarily to clear up the crossfader are and secondly so that all channels can be assigned not just two!

Also, the kill button next to the crossfader ^^ - please leave the faderarea uncluddered!! : (
