By the way, I bought a Heartland Cyclone 3612 and it sucks. Next time I will get a Fuzion 305, I think.

If you look at the specs for the 302, you'll notice this: Weight is 11,100(guesstimate) with a carrying capacity of 4,000. This is confusing because they only have 7,000 lbs axles. I get these facts from Keystone's website. Are they using 8,000lbs axles now? I am confused. Can you help?

Here is the answer from a Fuzion Representative.

The 302 has 7000lb axles. To get the true capacity you take the axle weight plus pin weight. By doing this you get 16,500 lbs.

How is the carrying capacity almost 5000 pounds? Dry weight 11,000 lbs. add the 5,000 lbs for carrying puts it over the 2 7,000 lbs. axles. How can it go over the weight of the axles? The axles support the weight, do they not? Not trying to start a fight. I have no doubt that you know your stuff. Just wonderin

What the rep is saying that the total weight is distributed throughout the entire camper including the pin box being added in to handle some of that weight. With the 14,000 total pounds of the axles and what the pin box is rated to handle, you have a total weight of 16,500 pounds Gross. I understand when you are saying 11,000 pounds dry plus 5,000 carrying is a total of 16,000 pounds and the axles combined only handle 14,000. It is 16,500 Gross Weight the Fuzion 302 can handle.
