I hate to sound like a smartass, but, DC was actually correct about invisibility not working that way.

Yes, you're invisible, but the term that would likely best describe the power the Empty Head gives you is INTANGIBILITY. Just because you can't be seen doesn't mean you're not solid. Likewise, you can be completely translucent but still clearly be seen.

You combine the two, though, and you get the best of both worlds. But, yeah, invisibility ALONE, by itself, wouldn't help all that much.
