so... basically the "IT" sets everything up, the employees take what he has set up then set up plans or whatever with them, then other employees can then copy what the employee had and change a little bit around and then have their own plan... but the "IT" is watching the whole time... this is kinda confusing
now i have a better idea of mash-ups but i still dont understand it fully =/
