puritymom, I appreciate where you are coming from regarding nothing being earned and all being by grace. But, I do not believe Kyle0127 was indicating that she earned the anointing but that it was a result of spending time with Jesus.  Much in the same way that a person takes on the aroma of whatever they spend a lot of time around. The cost (which there truly is) is not an earning but a personal cost to the natural man that is paid when one makes the choice of spending their time with Jesus.

The annointing is Jesus, and considering Christ followers have Christ in them, then they have they annointing. If you search the Bible you will find no such talk in the New testament of levels of annointing, for there is only one and it is Jesus. The more we expereince Jesus, the more we fall in love and the more are lives mirror His. His love motivates/enables us to spend hours in his presence! It is all Him and little of us; what a sweet truth that is. We love Him because He first loved us.

I agree, there is a price to pay for the annointing and for those in the body of Christ who want the power. However, no price is too great for the sake of having all of him. God will only gives us something to the measure to which ask for it and not just once but keep seeking and knocking untill we receive it. Am not talking about works am talking about spending time at his feet in order to receive revelation and minister that onto others so that they may receive healing.
