Few people have the ability to articulate a clear cogent and convincing argument against a clearly biased and self serving city/county government! People can not afford legal council so we are forced to give up our individual freedoms and we yield our rights.and that surely violates the Constitution. .These hearings are most always just a rubber stamp of the cities/ counties imposing over bearing laws on us anyway. This is why I no longer live in Brevard county, I hope you and Bill Mick expose the county for what it is. This is clearly a CIVIL RIGHTS violation and the state should step in and put these crooks in their place.
Environmental Health Permit ? What ties one, lawfully to this permit. By what authority ... is one bound to comply ?
Ask the magistrate if he took an oath to uphold the costitution. When he refuses to comply, order the police officer to arrest him for perpetrating a fraud upon the court.
Need to contract with a maintenance entity? Since when does the govt have the right to force anyone to contract ? (they don't)

I agree. They City Atty for FLL admitted the same thing ... that magistrates at Massey hearings can not entertain Constitutional Questions, ... so obviously they are just administrative civil law courts ... not courts of record. Make a special appearance (or none at all) contest jurisdiction and or demand that they remove the complaint to a constitutional court of common law. If you cop a plea and start arguing ... it is all begging from there on out.
"No motion process here" What a joke! This is not real court. Ignore them. Let them take you to a real court where you have rights. The threats of liens are bogus on homestead property in Florida.
