His house just doesn't seem comfortable. It isn't harmonized, just stuff bought and put in a room. He needs some appealing art, like a Picasso and some table linens and an oriental rug that pulls it all together. Also, having a wall of a solid mirror would open it up in the front room. Beautiful view though. Lucky man. He needs to bring light in rather than having several dark pieces. One is OK but not a room full. Add some rust colors as accents. It's depressing. My vast opinion!! lol
