where is that kexts folder located, does it boot from the usb drive doing it that way? what format is the drive your copying it to.. there is a lot missing, this video almost helps me.

Sorry to ask here, but do you know how to install kalyway on a usb using windows or even linux?

@W0Rd0n32sTre3T does not work that way , if you want install that , just boot from DVD and have a partition ready for it .

Am I thinking this wrong? Or shouldnt it, once you format the USB drive, delete everything on the drive? And once you format the drive, windows won't recognize it anymore... So how do you put the files back on the drive?

this has to be done in MAC OSX , not in windows .

The only info I miss, are what type of filesystem (how it's formatted), that the usb-key have.

Get the 132 boot cd for your machine, then use kexts from the extra folder.

What did you copied last in to Extra/Extensions folder and where can I download it ?
