Chrysler workers just got caught again smoking and drinking on a UAW parking lot. This needs to stop. I am not a fan of law suits but I hope this woman files one and wins. These assholes are a great reason why jobs are shipped overseas and why China is passing us as a super power. When this country falls they will have no one to blame but yourselves.

The GM plant in KCMO Fairfax closed because the workers the quality of work had dropped people were drinking and stashing their empties in the cars .You would buy a car .and you would have rattle's they would find the empties .Parts would just fall off of cars .They closed that plant from embarrassment but they say they couldnt use that plant .Ford has a plant here for better than 40 to 50 years or more same place .Unions aren't the workers champ anymore they are more greedy than the comp

It is a shame that that this is going on. The majority of UAW employees are just people going to do their job and make a good living.

The problems - union abuse - were not stood against when they were small, and so they got worse. That's why people getting high, loaded, or violent at a car company are not going to get fired, as long as they're members of the union.
