Etihad airways is the worst airline I have ever flown with... 24 hour delay, rude staff, poor food(when you get any), broken inflight entertainment systems... its just an absolute disaster and I am surprised with such poor maintenance they can still fly to EU airports... but I do not know for how long they will get away with it. AIRCON has a new meaning with ETIHAD AIRWAYS ... BEWARE...
