hi, i rested 2days and i feel very strong today like i can lift a 100kg but just the feeling not that i can and the gym was closed today so i have to take another day off which is 3day ): is resting 3days too much to lose str and muscle mass? becasue i feel that i need to get pumped today so badly which my body tells me to but i can't due to gym closed.

I work out really hard compared to you guys. Not dissing you but i train every day 6 days a week for an hour to an hour and half. I have had great results with this in strength size and burning fat. I havent had any side effects either. I think that works for you guys since you are in your 30's. Im 15 so it may not always be like this. You guys have good advice but every body is different. Your body will adapt to any amount of training eventually and then when you hit a plateau increase intensity or volume. Most olympic lifters train twice a day 6-7 times a week and they are tested. Soreness is a consequence of lifting heavy. It doesn't make sense to take time off before your body adapts to the training. Sounds like your bodies have adapted so instead of rest change up the workout
