  • I LOVE GEORGE (:

  • excellent video to this song , beautiful

  • This video reminds me god is well above the religions and language of man. Well done. You have talent. I'd really like to see a high def version.

  • I feel quite sorry for the two sad individuals who dislike this song , it truely is outstanding.

  • It doesn't matter what's our religion... what really counts is being respectful and thankful because we are alive and we can see the dawn :)

  • The Karaoke version featured on the "Sing Sing---Magic Mic" actually censors the "Hare Krishna" lyrics. It just repeats "Hallelujah" throughout the whole song. What some people stoop to in the name of religious intolerance.

  • i'm not a follower of jesus but i love this song

  • @parazitinfect George Harrison wasn't a follower of Jesus either, he was into Hinduism. He's lord was Krishna.

But the music is hauntingly beautiful. As a Christian, the song is in just a way that you can imagine it can also being sung in praise of Jesus.........at least until the Hare Krishna chants are heard. :)

  • Amazing to think this is from the most serious looking Beatle.

  • What a great song.

  • no matter what your religion is , this song is a heart rendering hymn that touches ALL believers' souls RIP sweet George . you are & will be missed forever!! if only today's & future generations could have your influence...& these visuals are amazing...I'm sure he would approve ...I give it 10 thumbs up!! THANK YOU for sharing this beautiful work of art !!!

  • Thanks for such an awesome vid & clear track :-)

  • tears to my eyes everytime

  • I disliked it. I put a few dislikes on all YouTube videos. I'm an algorithm programmed by Google engineers, shortly after they figured out that dislikes multiply comments, creating more pageviews, selling more ads. Those dislikes are bringing in $15.7 million/month. Thank-you for your support.

  • WHO THE FUCK ARE THEY, WHO DID NOT LIKE THIS SONG?

  • @zana16sioyx will u please shut up the people who comment on how many dislieks there are on videos are 10 times more annoying than the people who dislike them

  • @scalbard sorry , the unlikes are only 2!!! and i don't remember that i wrote something like this!strange....I love this song! something wrong happened my again sorry!

  • @zana16sioyx comment below mine

  • I love you Jesus; Thankyou,thankyou.

    Amen.

  • You can grab the audio-mp3 of this song at greatgrabber doht cohm.

  • This song has two opposite meanings, one about spirituality, the other about a hard teenage crush. Does anyone else get that impression? I burnt this track onto myself around junior high so I guess I'm slightly biased.

  • we love you jesus you've got time.

  • Five My Sweet Lords!

  • This is the most spiritual of all Beatles songs.

It is indeed touching and beautifull.

Krishna and Jesus Christ are all the same.

Mankind's eternal GOD which must have inpired George Harrison in this great compostion..

  • Since today is September 1, the first of the ....BER months i'd like to greet each and everyone an advance Merry Christmas!!! Happy birthday my sweet Lord!!!!!!

  • It's one of the only songs that I can leave on repeat and play over and over and it never gets boring :))

  • love the guitar work, such a unique sound

  • my sweet george....

  • THE BEST BEATLE!

  • I think George wrote this so Krishna would take note and break his cycle of reincarnation and let his reach Brahma or Nirvana or whatever.

  • i love the song but its meaning bits hard honestly a hindu i love george but cummon i am not dissong on them aor anything but it is their choice to follow their religion i tend to think of the song praising God

  • Still amazing. <3

  • Thankyou much appreciated

  • @Kell1295 yeah, still awesome. Flows like water through the soul

  • @JimmyV2009 You said it! Erases all the negativity. <3

  • Pure Class!

  • That's a beautiful song, it goes deep inside ur heart.

  • "Ringo" fans.... In honor of Ringo's 70th, I hope U will check out my "RINGO"video. It's very retro with Beatleish touches & was done as a labor of love and with the utmost respect for the Fabs. My attempt at putting a little bit of the Beatle spirit out there for Beatle fans. It's also my tribute to George Harrison's slide playing as well as Ringo's unique style.

    Peace,

Vinnie Zummo, former Joe Jackson guitarist

  • @Vazmusic but no one likes ringo

  • @54321nicolaskurtf I do!

  • @residentevlidead don't lie

  • thank you...:)

  • Very nice video.

  • Thankyou

  • I'm atheistic, yet I really enjoy this song. Surely that's the main purpose of the song, to enjoy it?!

  • My favorite B.!!!!

  • @leemcqueen500 keep dreaming!!!!

  • I've heard this song seven million times, and I've played it seven million more. It's just a masterpiece, really....so simple the lyrics, the music; it begins linear, with just A voice and A guitar, then almost imperceptibly other voices join, another guitar, drums, tambourines, still more voices, growing and evolving like any of the greatest of symphonies. No longer linear, its a perfect sphere. It's just simple and pure communal joy, culminating in that gorgeous orgasm of guitar at 2:39.

  • @Explosible69: The fact is that he was trying to show that the Christian God and Hindu God are the same God and that there is only one God. You have the right to disagree with this of course - that is your right. However, at least UNDERSTAND where he was coming from and where others might disagree with you. You can understand another person's point of view without agreeing with it or trying to dictate to someone else what they should believe.Your opinion is yours but only God can judge.

  • I'm Christian, a lutheran... I like this song alot because of the Hallejua parts and I usually restart it after the solo before the Hare Krishna part. People say that he was a devils pawn or that he and the other beatles were antichrists but i dont believe that... Their like slandering the beatles and george because their scared of them.... Thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor...

  • Someone told me once "If you study science, why do you believe in God?" and i answered " You told it, because i studied the infinite space, the very deep ocean, our beautiful planet and all the colours that are in it and i questioned myself who could do something so GREAT such as this?"

  • @SoleilPhoenix

I remember reading a quote from Albert Einstein. Now, I'm paraphrasing, because I don't remember it word for word, but this is ALBERT EINSTEIN, one of the greatest scientific minds of ALL time, who said

" The universe is so vast, so infinite, so multi-layered in its complexity that for anyone to believe there was not one sole source, one single driving force behind it all, is naive at best. "

  • CurtisMateer, the fact that many "followers" of "His Holiness Jesus Christ" appreciate this song is because they have not paid attention to whom is dedicated, or they simply don't care. A true, Bible believing Christian would not take a song dedicated to a false god or idol and use it to praise the One and True God. It is simply unacceptable, regardless of the so called "spiritual beauty" of this song.

  • @Explosible69 Mate, this song is dedicated to the true and only God. It sais many differnt names of God in many cultures. I do not comulgate in any church i only talk to God and praise Him as my liking. I think that there is no need of an intermediate between God and the human being.

  • I think this song is actually about like 10 gods. Either that or he's just namedropping.

  • @TheAwesomeBomb Hinduism is monistic theism; there is only one eternal omnipresent god with many aspects being represented by many different images. That's why westerners think Hinduism is polytheistic.

  • uuuuuu

  • There is no god!

  • @leemcqueen500 Well, do you have a proof?

  • This music is a pretty music...

  • thank you lord, for letting me be a part of this wonderful world !

  • Makes you realise how tiny and insignificant we really are!

Ha ha and we think we are so special and impotant!

    Actually,shudder,its scary!!1

  • great ! 10 stars!

  • Thankyou

  • pretty neat.. i like the space pics w/ the song. nice

  • George Harrison......IN SPACE!! Man,I really love this song though.

  • Never underestimate the power of music.

  • Beautiful Emotional Song...........

  • I'm a atheist total non believer but still think this is a classic

  • Good video. Congratulations!. Wisdom like darkness reveals the heavenly skies.

  • dont know how many times i cried watching this video.

  • My sweet George

    Hm, my lord

I really want to see you

Really want to be with you

  • The fact that so many of the followers of His Holiness Jesus Christ admire this song and love it irrespective of it being written by a Hari Krishna and praising His Holiness Krishna is a testimony to the truth contained in any spiritual message that transcends all racial, national, cultural and religious boundries.

  • shows you who georges real lord is.

  • @CurtisMateer This is a song where it means anything you want it too

  • @residentevlidead It is, as you suggest, universal rather than narrow minded. What does it mean to you?

  • @CurtisMateer It means the lord Krishna and possibly but I'm not sure George's struggle to find nirvana and Krishna, but as a former christian in debatebly christian society and a religous follower of, Hindu-Sikhism, buddhism, and the great native american philosophes I will say again it could mean anything I believe George wrote it like that. I'm not preaching my religion or anything though

  • @CurtisMateer Cunt.

  • @NFM1337 I see you have a few Christian sites you have subscribed to. Jesus would not approve of your insult to a stranger my friend. A kindly tongue is the lodestone of the hearts of men. It attracteth the heart and clotheth the words with meaning.

  • Comment removed

  • @CurtisMateer I'm actually not a christian, but you're right, insulting strangers isn't a nice thing to do. Sorry. But your phrasing is rather la-di-da, hence the insult. Still, sorry! Take care! And, the spiritual messages that you speak of, I think you should add gender and sexual orientation to the list of boundaries transcended.

  • @CurtisMateer ture, plus George said “It is one of our perennial problems, whether there is actually a God. From the Hindu point of view each soul is divine. All religions are branches of one big tree. It doesn't matter what you call Him just as long as you call....One's values are profoundly changed when he is finally convinced that creation is only a vast motion picture and that not in, but beyond, lies his own ultimate reality.”

  • @CurtisMateer -- carve these words in a granite mountain for the ages.

  • thank you, its a great song!

  • Freak'n Excellent

  • Thankyou.

  • I have always loved this song. Jesus Christ is truly my sweet Lord. The video was beautiful, It is simply breathtaking, I could watch it all day. Im so glad you posted it, Earthstudy. Thank you.

  • hari krishna hari krishna krishna krishna hari rama

  • He was the only one who has ever bridged Both Western and Eastern Mantras into ONE.

something that religious people still have a hard time comprehending. But its simple. All Gods are All ONE in ONE Universe. Both Christ and Krishna Consciousness if you got to know the essense of them both from the heart, they were always ONE.

    Namaste

  • 4Sparkleygrl1-- That was a great observation. I have always thought that myself but have never been able to put it into words. Thanks again for articulating what I have never been able to. Is this a definition and example of the HOLY Ghost ?

  • Your video is wonderful. It shows us how near He is...

  • Thankyou much appreciated.

  • Great Job, just love this song, and I do sing it to our Lord Jesus Christ and no one else, George had a beautiful voice, and the video is excellent.

  • Thankyou much appreciated.

  • yes.

  • Just love... GOD is LOVE :)))

  • I love this song because i believe he is singing about being faithfull to God but there are so many other religions that lead us a stray and the long wait on earth seems so long. Its a great Prayer to God song!

  • Very good point

  • Love it.

  • Thankyou much appreciated.

  • George is with His Sweet Lord For Sure

  • I totally agree with you, vickileroy.

  • ((((((((((((((((Hare Krishna))))))))))))

George Hari 's son ( son of Hari)

he helped the Devotees and open the heart of many by spreading this Maha Mantra and other spiritual songs like Govinda

  • he's alive just call out for him amen

  • just msg me on my M.S.N in my profile.

    someone lick my puss w0

  • Nice work!

When I was a kid, George was always my favourite Beatle. He had a very gentle, spiritual side which is encapsulated in this song.

Something that happened to me recently made me think of this track again - the subtle, holistic way that George moves from the Christian and/or Jewish "Hallelujah's" to the Hindu "Hare Krishna's".

    Brilliant, George.....just brilliant.

  • Thanyou for your kind words

  • Well, it makes sense for George to use the words Hallelujah and then to say Hari Krishna, because Krishna talked about there being many ways of following God, but they are all one in a way.

  • Forgot how much I love this, just 'borrowed' it from my friend Vickis' channel :P

Thanks for a beautiful video to compliment a beautiful song :D

  • Thankyou

  • sweeeeeet!

  • The souls cry. Read National Sunday Law by Jan Marcussen soon. God bless!!!!!!
