They have said in many interviews over the years (just Google your question!) that they are not but I just saw a video on one of their sites..maybe it was Scott's, where the whole band and some of their kids are praying before a gig.Then Scott's Twitter today quotes the Bible passages of Romans 8:31-39.Lots of people say they're Christian and even quote the Bible. I'd hope Scott is born-again because he knows the difference!

I'm not the type to hang out and bash on bands, but this may as well be any Sunday morning, public access Christian acoustic band. Disappointing. Creed is very Easy to dispise, but their older material like My Sacrifice and Whats this Life For had that crazy, superhuman power that you couldn't deny (in spite of the clown that is their frontman).

I was hoping there was better material coming out from them in 2012.

He went to the show to see them play, and was standing watching while they played their set. Same thing with Staind, who tweeted "I'm glad we got to see Alter Bridge before the rapture!". So it's not just regular fans who dig them, they are respected musically as well.

I know there are bands that make a successful transition to another singer ..bud bands like creed, fuel, and others just cant do it IMO..the front man was everything. Audioslave with chris cornell and the guys from rage worked perfectly, in fact, i like them more than the original soundgarden or rage. but myles kennedy looks like kevin bacon and just fucking blows.
