sorry without cheats you cant but i know a way to get achivements with cheats on put sv_cheats 1 and then type retry. it restarts the game with cheats enabled so you can get achivements.

He's got it for PC. The only way to get Thirdperson is on the PC version. Type sv_cheats 1, then thirdperson, or on unenabled cheat servers, type thirdpersonshoulder.
