@someguy6978 I do not have a problem with "dredging" in generaL. My issue is with the specifics. Example: 300miles of the Ill. River dredged/deepened by 50ft in under 100 days. I have spoken with 2ppl in the industry & 1 married to someone who is - all said it's crazy AND impossible. Thoughts? Is that "normal"? (no)

wasn't the original intent of DHS to ensure communication between the fbi,cia,other govt entities and local law enforcement ???? i mean afterall, republicans are not suppose to create more govt. but geez,dhs is into everything.

I'm curious as to why you have issues with dredging?......If it weren't for dredging, commerce on the river would halt completely and the corps is one of the few entities that can handle some of the dredging that needs to be done.....I know first hand....
