The risers I believe were off a Honda ace so they were a direct bolt on and they helped alot. Ebays a great place and thats where I purchased them. Half the price they wanted for them new at the honda dealer.. Honda also does offer them as a after market bolt on but if you didnt know any better they came stock on the ace and a couple other bikes.. The cables are the stock cables. I think I did reroute them . Im thinking they use to run thru the frame and rap around the front and I routed them.

Ya well I bought this for $4500 stock and sold it at the beginning of this summer 2011 for $6500 after adding all my upgrades. But whats nice is I didn't loose any money since I did all the upgrades myself and shopped ebay for most the parts you see.... I miss my shadow too. But I am enjoying my 2 jet skies and our boat... So summer is still a blast... Wouldnt of had time to ride anyway with all my other toys.....

Now i traded the lincoln for a 1984 EL CAMINO.conquista 305...
My filter is still under the seat. The side mount is just a chrome add on for looks. I purchased it on ebay used. Then once I recieved it the chrome cover was chipping so I bought a new chrome cover. The covers are easy to come buy its the bracket. I havent been able to find who makes them. There not to complex though you could make one. They just bolt to the head.
Hey there, I picked up the side cover thru ebay used. I had to replace the cover cause the one that came with it the chrome was chipping... It too is only for looks and not functional.... I liked it cause it made it look more like a Harley... Its mounted with a bracket that bolts to the heads and then just has a rubber washer under the cover with a bolt that attaches it.... Hope that helps! Ride safe...
Hey there, you have a very nice bike and good job with all of the upgrades! question for you- where did you get the side-mount air intake? i have a sabre which i did plenty of customization (you can check out my videos from my youtube user-name). i have looked everywhere on the internet and cant find that side-mount air intake for the honda sabre 1100 (they had kuryakyn but it is only for looks / not functional).
