Looked up how Hawaii does it, they offer a certification or a certificate of live birth. I guess a long and short version. Either way both are legal the same damn thing. So I guess I'm back at the start. And it was this group of individuals, they say on this clip, "A Certificate of Live Birth" is different than a "Birth Certificate."
