Wow! What an amazing person! I really like his revelation here, about how he knew he was truly loved by his dad, and how he wants to pass this on to his sons. That, I think, is so essential if we all are to raise real men -- not the sort that I'm thinking of where their parents' lack of affection had messed up their lives, and eventually, their worldviews and attitudes toward trying situations and/or people.

Not that I'm saying I don't like bear Grylls, I watch his shows, but this, what he is saying here, seems to contradict a lot of other information.
