Look at New Madrid its going to have the Same Problems as the bay area but larger because if a 7.0 and above were to happen in the New Madrid fault in the next 20 years it would have destruction Bigger than Haiti Quake because the Entire Eastern Half of the USA Emergency services are more focused to Hurricanes and Tornadoes.

Look at Eureka 6.5 2010 quake it just happened 4 days before the 2010 7.0 Haiti Quake. If a 7.0 or above were to happen on the Hayward fault we would have the same problems as Haiti.
