  • I have this game in jewelcase + manual in good condition. Anyone interested I'm sure we'll find a reasonable price. PM me.

  • I've got a computer running xp right now and this game works with absolutely no problems on it

  • Good times :)

  • It's good to see that some people other than me played Nocturne.

It's still a lot of fun. It was also one of the most original storylines conceived in its day, and considering the basic creatures you fight such as zombies, vampires, and werewolves, that says a lot.

I'd like to see a true sequel to this game. Bloodrayne just pissed me off. I mean, if you aren't gonna make a sequel, don't make so many similarities.

  • Man I remember this game was so hard! I have the original Cds somewhere in my house.

The game from what I remember was pretty scary but the controls were horrible. Especially jumping.

  • Remember towards the end of the first act? You had to jump across platforms, and if you missed, you fell into a pit?

You also had to time it right, or else you were mincemeat--those pendulums knew no mercy.

That's why I learned to love the pistols. They were great for lining up jumps. Still didn't help me from becoming Strangerbits, though.

  • I know exactly what you mean! The lasers on the pistols were the only thing keeping you from becoming 'strangerbits' haha. Though they didn't help much. And if I remember correctly you had to run and jump too which means if you were off by a millisecond, you're screwed.

Man I miss that game. I gotta find the CDROM

  • Just keep in mind that it won't work with every OS, especially newer ones.

If you're using Vista, you might as well forget about it. XP works sometimes. 7 is a pipedream.

  • @morrowindsky your post is at least a year old but i can tell you that there is a sort of "spiritual successor" - the 3 blair witch project games which are made by the same company. the first one starts out in spookhouse, stranger is in it and you actually play as doc holiday.

but yea i've been waiting for "Nocturne 2" for a very very long time

  • If anyone wants this soundtrack send me a message and I'll give you the link. For some reason, it won't let me post the link in this box.

  • hi. i want the link to this soundtrack, i know i'm sending message late, but i hope you can still help me ;)

  • Yes please! If the offer's still going.

  • I want the link

  • Please give me the link to the soundtrack as well. I cannot find it on the internet.

  • I heard this was a precursor to Blood-Rayne

  • Im looking for the title and composer of the music, since i have played this game in 1999 and no one is able to help. Can you?

  • I don't know the title name (it might just be something like "tension"), but I think it's public domain (or at least available on the cheap. The composer should be Bill Brown, whose works ended up in a bunch of late 90s PC games. Awesome composer.

  • YOU MUST SEND THIS TO ME IN AN EMAIL!!!

message me if you want to send it to me, i'll tell you my email there

  • Great game. What's the name of the music?
