Bill, if you wanted to modify your plans so that you could make guitar OR bass necks, would you just 'stretch out' the middle section of the plan by the extra length that a bass neck would require?
It should work, although there may be some tweaking necessary.
It will do strat necks but you may need to widen the baseplate opening to accomodate the larger headstock. It should also work for angle headstocks with adjustments.
I forgot to mention that you can do an angle headstock neck if you wait to glue the headstock and heel block after you contour the back, then you can use the jig as is.

You say a telecaster neck, but will this series apply to any type of neck?
I'm going to watch them all as they will surely be interesting.
