  • Mine's fading fast... ]'= I've been feeding it gamefowl starter/grower soaked in vitamin/electrolytic water... Not sure what else to do.. He'll take the food and water but now he's all wobbly and considerably slower..

  • I have just rescued a bird alike yours and I can't feed it!!

  • so sweeeeet! cooooool !!

  • aww he's so cute hope he grows up strong :3

  • Dinner?

  • Hmmm....NO!

  • this was the first day we thought it might be thirsty. we used what we had until we took the baby to the vet.

  • Oh boy! i'm so hungry, I could NOT eat a baby bird!

  • i rescued a bird just like that but it grew more :) and it's doing well, unlike you i dont feed it honey with water. i feed it wet dog food or cat.

  • Is it still alive? I'd be surprised if it was Anyway, most of our native wild birds require foods rich in protein, thus SHOULD NOT be fed "Exact" formula (the formula found in pet stores) since it does not fit the dietary needs of these birds. They may appear to be doing well, but feather quality (among other things) suffers greatly and the bird would be lucky if it made it to its first molt. Soaked cat food will suffice until you get the bird to a rehabber.

  • I always bought the baby bird mix from a pet store. It's pretty common over here in the states. If not, look up an online bird store.

  • is he ok now?

  • He's doing fine so far.

  • Be sure to pick up some baby bird feeding formula, because you can't feed the little guy only water. =\

  • the vet gave me wildlife #,s to call.I called a lady. But where do you get baby bird food?
