@asiahmom1 typically sports cars dont ever go over 20 inch rims and they have specially tires for performance but most performance cars use 18 inch rims.... the dumbass black people that put 26 inch rims with non performance tires or suspenion on a lets say a 84 cutlass and think its cool is what I think he is talking about.
