  • wtf did i just watch?

  • what cpu cooler is that?

  • What does the red SATA cable do?

  • @snitchables You mean at the back of the motherboard tray? Doesn't look like Sata cable, since the bigger these cables are the less conductive they become. It must be something from the case.

I'm about to have my HAF delivered and I tell you. :)

  • @snitchables Yeah, mine had one of these big Sata Cable and it was to connect the front SATA connector in the front panel.

  • Can you speak a little more clearly? :P

  • 3:40 it does look pretty sEEEK

  • i wonder what those tissues are for....

  • wow shitty cable management

  • @flutch02

Two points; first it's clearly half build at best and secondly, behind the mobo tray on this case it doesn't matter a jot since it's tidy at the front and that's where the airflow is.

  • am i right in thinking that you don't have a window side panel? if so, can you see the components inside if it is lit up at night? finally, if you had a choice, would you have gone for an alternative CM and if so which one? I like the haf 922 but sad it's not sold with a side window in the uk. that's why i may have to go for the haf x instead.

  • wow the world is so "upside down" the position on that PSU!!! rofl! tsk..tsk..

  • Those microsoft headsets suck.. I have 2 of them, and the mic is broken from both... now i've had SteelSeries Siberia V2 for almost 2 years, and no problem with those, and the sound quality is ALOT better with Siberia V2, holy shit.. And no, i don't throw my headsets around or drop them on the floor or such, the mics got broken from the MS headsets in normal use.

  • @Qcn0xa they sound pretty good for the price but yeah ive seen 4 out of 5 of them have their microphones break

  • man u are so BOOORING..this power supply 1.27 was ups down all the time u moron ...>>>this system suck..like u!!<<<

  • My opinions is that you have to paint the interior of the case in black mate color just like on the "Advance" model would tottaly change the look of the case ,anyways , thumbs uP!

P.S. Are the 230 mm fans that loud really or .. ?

  • hi very nice video m8!

Im a total noob LOL and i dont know where those red green blue wire goes.. could you please tell me where to insert them in the motherboard thanks alot

  • 17 people are black

  • This build looks wicked!

  • Would this case fit a HD 6950 or perhaps 2 if I were to do Crossfire?

  • @shinymcshineshine

i have a xfx 6950 in my 922, fits very comfortably, and wither xfire fits is kinda dependent on your motherboard, how would the layout work? will the second card fit in the first 7 PCIe slots? if so then yes xfire will work

  • @shinymcshineshine

he can fit any card and crossfire any. Dont be put off by 'Mid tower' it is technically bigger than the haf x. It is one of the longest and widest on the market - definatley would recommend it. Haf 932 and Haf x are both thinner, shorter in length but a lot taller. your choice

  • @raouldijksman It's impossible to install a PSU upside down.. The way the screws are aligned, it can only go in one way.

  • @doggypog117

i installed my upside down and yes its a bit difficult but i used the that little bump/tab of metal and pushed it under it and used my hand to press it down as i screwed the PSU with the other, pretty difficult, but it works. REALLY SNUG thou

  • cable management fail

  • Does a Noctua NH-D14 or Thermalight Silver Arrow fit in this case?

  • @skidrowdie

    yes... easily lol

  • this with

    NOCTUA NH-D14

    GTX 470 Supercloked

An another fan :3 and an asus rampage 3 :3

  • this with

    NOCTUA NH-D14

    GTX 470 Supercloked

    An another fan :3

  • i got that case whit a core2 e 8600 and a ati 4890 hd 1go and i got blue and red neons it's one of the most ventilated cases i could findfor the price i got a lot of pc cases before and this one its the best of them all for the price

  • What CPU cooler is that i like its design

  • can ecc ram be used in a msi 785gm-e51 motherboard?

  • I really prefer reviews that I can actually hear! what we have here is someone that just mumbles away for four and a half minutes and really doesn't tell us anything.

  • @marinist yeah i thought that too

  • wtf language is he speaking?

  • I hate the same psu it s annoying... It sounds like the fan is rattling -.-

  • basically a 932 with fewer bays and a tad more modern styling? damn...shouldve gotten this one instead of the 932 since i dont even use much of the space

  • @Dogsofwar909 doesnt matter, its more future proof, for big graphics cards :D

  • @MrGamesOfficial yea that is true, but personally i think the 922 looks much more refined. i have a gtx 480 and the v8 cooler so that kind of decided which case i was going to buy.

  • @Dogsofwar909 haha, doesnt matter. how do you find the temperatures of the 480? does it run fairly hot in your opinion?

  • @MrGamesOfficial i have the evga superclocked edition that came with evga precision, which shows temps, usage, frames, all that nice stuff in the same format fraps does but it doesnt steal frames. Yea it used to run hot, i mean with the 932's stock fans it was reaching close to 90 in crysis and red faction. but i put in 4 120's on the side and 2 on top, then one hanging below a drive bay blowing over the ram and through the cpu cooler. temps havnt breached 75 in anything,

  • @Dogsofwar909 my gtx285 reaches about 81*c max on hot days. it usually stays around 72*c

  • @MrGamesOfficial that's really good

  • @MrGamesOfficial WOW my gts250 gos on 51*c on a hot day and on 72*c on max load and i dont have this case so if i get this case the temp will go lower

  • @gamingguy1995

it depends on what case you have at the moment, if ur case doesnt have fans, then this will improve a little. it may get it a few degrees lower.

  • @MrGamesOfficial that wus my old account 8) i might overclock my gts250 8) grate case and rigg mate 8)

  • @alltimegamer247 yeah, be careful with the temperatures :/

haha thanks, the rigs is not mine though.

  • @MrGamesOfficial right now ive set the fan controller to half of every fans top speed and left the 480's at auto (44%) and is idling at 38 C. last night when it was a little colder it was steady at 34 C. it really depends on ambient temps too. So all in all the card is fantastic if you have supple air flow. power usage should be improved hopefully with the next releases.

  • @MrGamesOfficial my gtx480 in my haf 922 runs great 40c while using desktop same noise as my old 8800gts dont notice it eats 5870 thats all that matters

  • Does a noctua can enter in the case ?

  • My case side panel arches outwards and is warped so it is difficult to slide on due to this problem? Also the screws on the back wont go in because of misaligned holes. Does anyone else have these problems?

  • @06lythc take it back to the store.

  • Not insulting you or anything. But you look like you dont have as much knowledge and care for computer building. NOT INSULTING U. Looks like u need to spend more time and care a little bit. Thats all.

  • I used that spot for my extra two USB ports and Firewire thing... I got it in my MB pack (Crosshair III)

  • "my pc is faster then youres because it has neon lights"

  • nice castle

  • hey..... can i install my mainboard with onboard soundcard??^^

  • @Xephieroth291094 yeah, u can buy sound cards and install them. find out what motherboard you have and i will be able to help you more :)

  • @MrGamesOfficial I now have the FX58M from my old Acer pc (with onboard sound)

  • Oh wait, the Lian-Li cooler takes up two slots.

  • The vertical PCI slot could be used for a PCI slot cooler. I'm definitely getting this case, that's perfect for a Lian-Li PCI cooler with dual 120mm fans that's switchable between exhaust/intake.

  • i have the haf922

  • the wires and thing? Is it hard to connect to the right ones???????????

  • It's not easy, but if it fits, it's probably the right one.

They have designed them to be like that. Just read instructions and on the net - learn what everything is and it's easy.

  • @Ortegala you should take a look at the Motherboard's Instruction manual :)

if you do now own one please go too the manufactor's website and eather request it on email or go hunting on the website ^^

  • ...... THE FISHER PRICE CASTLE WOOOHOOOOOO.... man old memories :D

  • I used the Coolermaster HAF 932, and those tool-less drive bays were good, I didn't find I needed to install screws, it didn't rattle at all and they are exactly the same as on the 922.

  • Did you installed the PSU upside down?

  • @maykmyahoo sad to say... but yes... he did...

  • @raouldijksman whats even more sad is that there is official review on youtube for HAF 922 case from hardware canucks and they have the PSU upside down lol but they do say that is backwards lol

  • beautiful, but i have no idea bout the price.

  • i though that was quitet.

  • the silent pro power supplies are great i have the 700 watt version i got it on sale for $90 on a black friday deal at newegg

  • yeah they are much better than the extreme powers :)

  • @MrGamesOfficial you use the silent pro series of PSU?

  • @MrGamesOfficial Got a 700w Silent pro. really silent!

  • will a 160cm high Heatsink fit in here?

  • what kind of heatsink is 1.6m tall ?

  • 160mm* my bad LOL ... ( im talking about the Thermaltake Venomous X)

  • -_-....

almost tried to killed me with a heatsink with 1.6m tall there dude -_-

    im gonna use the V8..

  • LOL sorry about that , but dude , why go with the V8 , it sucks nowadays.

  • I got the V8 for free as a X'mas gift , so might as well use it rather than waste it , right?

so imma use it until i get bored of it

  • Ahh i see.

  • Of course NOT... LoL...

160cm is the same as 1,6 meter.

How big do you think this tower is?

Btw, I'm not dumb. So I think you talk about 160mm. Sure only spelling error ;)

I only thought it was a little funny... hehe...

And for your question, I don't know.

I've get my tower in a few days.

Hate the long shipping time within Christmas.

  • If you would have read the second comment you would have noticed that i indeed said 160mm so yeh. lol, And if you dont know , why did you reply? =.= What a waste of time.

  • haf 922 is better

  • which is better? Anted 902 or this one?

  • i personally like the 902 better. I just like the look of the 902 and the fantastic antec build quality! Also the black interior!

  • Im not sure if the 902 has cable management. I like the 922 because of its cable management, it looks great has the size of a full tower with a medium size price, fits everything, tool less design and over all fairly good.

  • nice vid

  • the side thingy is awesome for the v8's fan control module :)

  • thats buzzin on how ur computer just puts all the rest to shame! XD 5* for the ownage ! :P nice build btw wuts the specs on that?

  • Just basic :) plays games beautifully tho!

    Intel E2180 @ 2.4Ghz

    Asus P5KPL-1600

    2GB RAM

    MSI 9600GT

  • I like your choice of vocabulary...

  • yeah it fails xD

  • @MrGamesOfficial lol Yeah it does:/.... I have the same problem when I talk to lots of people...

  • whats bad about the cooler master power supply?

  • its VERY loud! The amps on the 12v rails is quite low. You can now get many better power supplys equal to or cheaper than this! Such as the Thermaltake LitePower 600W and the Vantec ION2+ 600W

  • EWW hide your 24pin

  • @woottanggang He could try if he wanted to rip off the 24-pin plug in...

  • @woottanggang The 24 pin isn´t long enough to be hidden at the back

  • why most review of HAF922 have their psu upside down? i just bought 1 yesterday and fitted it... i'm still stuck with the cable management tho... waiting for a quad core next few weeks..

  • most of the cases which psu must be putted down has a dust filter tats y lots of ppl like put the psu upside down.besides tat,its easier 4 cable management

  • u mean they don't like the dust filter? well i just flip my psu last night(On my guessing, i thought the psu is having a hard time inhaling from the bottom than the top) although i like the psu wires nearer towards the left side casing. None the less, maybe fliping psu upside down able for it to inhale air easier.

  • that's wat i mean

  • LOL NOB SCREWWS HAHAHA

  • Isnt it risky to have a PSU upside down cuz screws can fall in there?? :)

  • I'm not worried about the screws, I'm more worried about the dust. Currently using Crossair HX620W.

  • you live at an internet-café?

  • it makes noise man but it has very good space to build inside.

  • I have never used any Logitech keyboard from the "G" series and I dont like all the buttons couse i never use them XD

And I like your SteelSeries Mouse to :)

I', going to build a Rig soon with either this case or Dominater 690, which one do you think is the best? :)

  • this one is better :P

  • lol

  • nice, have the same keyboard XD

  • cool video! im going to subscribe

  • wow thanks!
