God told Abraham to kill his own son for Him, so Abraham took his son up to the mountains and right when he was about to kill him, God stopped him. This shows what we should be able to do. I don't think God will call me to kill anyone, but he has told me to do things that I didn't think were logical. But I obeyed and I was blessed and I disobeyed and I could see the negative effects.
