Ha! He DOES look "tricky" in this video, but likely because it was his very first jumper course - after 2 months in training. Prior to this, he was an eventer.
You can see how much his style's matured in the latest video I posted (it's long - done @ the request of someone in Germany, so skip over the hard surface to the flat work & schooling).
i have 2 horses and i train w/ Ellen Sadler at capitol farms in chesterfield, mo and i tryed to put videos on but i didnt work i will try again there is no footage though..
I don't currently. Have a hip injury that requires a replacement, so my horses are farmed out to trainers right now: Taz in Chicago w/Helmut Schrant, Manny is with a Hunter trainer, Jordan Siegel (who is a neighbor of mine, so I get to see him whenever I want), and Harry Houdini is only 2, so he's here w/me @ our farm. Once my surgery is done, I want to learn to jump - until now, I've ridden dressage.
Agree. Food DOES seem to make most horses speed up! Taz has a son who's starting to train for hunters and I have a video of him on this site (Manny & Jordan II). He will be 4 on March 27th, so he's just learning to jump. We'll see if he follows in his father's hoof-steps!
