my friend has a problem that makes the voice from other people really low volumed, the ingame voice slider is dragged all the way to max and his control thing connected to the cable is also on max. any solution?

@Kubaaano well, i guess make sure the cables are all the way in, and nothing is on top of them. If not, email turtle beach tech support and they will probably know it better than I do.

@Kubaaano if this is on call of duty, it's because they made a patch that changed the voice lower. my P11's did the same thing. Let him know nothing is wrong with it and it's mw3, not his headset.

just a little tip, you dont have to plug the cables into the tv,

as long as the both sets of red and whites are together it will work.

I know it's a little late but move your PS3 off of the carpet ASAP. It will overheat on the carpet the fan sucks up air from the bottom all it will be getting is dust from the carpet and no fresh air, on a hard surface it can get fresh air. PLEASE don't be the retard and complain you got YLOD.

Get a hdmi extension cable and run this from headset to ps3. Then plug the green mic jack directly into your tv/monitor headphone input. Bypass those ugly av inputs.

@MrEric269 make sure your sound settings for whatever game your playing arent set to MONO, instead, make them stereo headset. If thats not it, see if your green plug is all the way in, along with the usb. If neither of those fixes it, i dont know what else it could be.

@sebastian66677 to answer all of your questions, the ones at 5:50 are the cables that allow the headset to hear game sound, the ones at 6:44 are the ones that connect to the ones at 5:50, that go to the headset, and yes, this will work with any tv, as long as it has the required ports (where the cables plug in)
