Thanks for this - it has really helped me learn the mantra. I am taking part in a year long meditation reciting this mantra for 5 minutes a day for a year (started 11/11/11) to heal the planet. Folk in my yoga class are also doing this as well as many others from all over. Namaste :)
I cant sleep if i dont listen to this..gives me lots of strenght and peace to both body and mind. Got it from my reletive couple of months ago when my life took a big turn. I feel blessed everynight when i fall asleep listening to this mantra.
