Where were you and your little camera when the protests were going on in regards to HB 1070. I didn't see your fat ass out theretrying to cause problems then. And why weren't you at the 4th street jail when the guy handcuffed himself to the door? You got your 8 minutes of glory on youtube, but where are you when things get a little out of hand. All mouth and no action. Muckraker, should be pussyboy!
I see that you worked at the courthouse in security for four years. Must have been too tough for you that you had to leave. I am that guy who this asshole featured in the videa and if you think can kick my ass, bring it on, but bring you lunch because it will probably take you all day.
I worked security at this building for 4 years. This guy is a jerk and needs his ass kicked. You can photograph federal buildings as long as you're not on the property doing it. We've caught middle-eastern savages video taping the building and pacing off distances between stanchions even before 9/11 so this guy needs to wise up and get a job.
Get a life dude, and stop lurking around federal court houses like a creep. You are inviting trouble. The only point you proved is that your a butt hole!! Ha Ha Ha
HAHA and then you say that you proved your point. Of what?! A security guard asking you a question?! And you say they asked you to leave. Uh, no, I believe as soon as they said 5 words to you you started walking away asking if you could leave! AND THEN you get worried the cops might show up so you say you better get back to your car and leave. Weren't you there to SEE if cops would show up?! Wow, you suck.
He came out to ask you a simple question and you responded like an immature dick. Yeah, maybe he was going to tell you not to film, but he was just an old man doing his job of "observing and reporting." These guys are not law enforcement. They are security guards. You are a joke.
Guess i'll have to disagree with everyone else and say I think you were completely out of line here. The man didn't approach you in a threatening way, but simply asked a question which he has probably been trained and expected to do if people are video taping government buildings. Had you simply answered his question politely instead of give him a smart ass response i'm sure he'd have been friendly to you and leave you alone. I completely agree it comes down to home land security.
yes, homeland security, because filming a building gets you what? strategy? Like you can know anything about that building from taping it. You can get building schematics from a town hall, much better than a video. This had nothing to do with homeland security.
This is the type of thing that will keep the pressure on the thugs among the law enforcement professionals.
I wish I would have had your knowledge and/or guidance here in MN when I had my run-in with the AVPD for the crime of "knowing the law better than the cops".
Wow. I can't imagine 2 professionals being more completely incorrect about the law that governs their job. There is no law that says you can't videotape court buildings from public sidewalks... wow.
I'm pissed as a taxpayer... this sort of thing can cost our government big bucks in civil right's lawsuits... and for no possible benefit to security.
YOU BROKE THE LAW...........................
