Hello there! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my cooworker got hot 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.
@JoSigurd92 if it doesn't get you a great body then explain how I'm getting abs from this? You don't only use this to workout you gotta run or do something. Like I do crunches and push ups and yoga and pilates and I run and I do this. They lie and act.like you only gotta do this but you don't but this machine does work!!
This is working wonders for me! I do it for like 10 minutes, 3 times a day so I get a total of 30minutes and OMG I'm soo happy! This thing works! I don't only do this I run and do yoga and pilates and push ups and crunches, and all together I'm getting amazing results!
Everyone saying you can't feel anything, you need to hold in your stomach (like in a plank) the entire time you're doing the exercises. If you're just swinging back and forth it won't do anything.

I don't know about anyone else but when I started using this thing I could feel the burn in my abs, thighs, and arms within minutes. I can go a little longer now but it's still the best workout machine I've ever owned. Go for a run/walk in the morning and use this thing when you get back. It's a lovely way to wake up.
just borrowed my friends ab circle pro, the cheap bearings sticks, the knee pads hurt my knees, i didnt even feel a burn, just hurt my back, nothing compares to P90X ab ripper X work out video and the moves for the video are on here.... and he paid $200 CND for this contraption. How is it supposed to work out ur abs? its kinda working ur obliques
So yesterday I worked my butt off by mowing the yard, shoveling fertilizer, and painting a houst....but today I used the machine....as well as helped my sister move, which was a hell of a workout, but anyways.....I can certainly feel my abs. I can see a bit of a difference where my stomach fat is sucked in differently than before. Not sure if I like the chances yet...i'll report back soon.

I don't know about anyone else but when I started using this thing I could feel the burn in my abs, thighs, and arms within minutes.
