ive had both 2v and 4v...the two valve with comp 272s, foxlake heads,bullit intake,mac longtubes,sct,30lbs inj,steeda underdrive pulleys,accufab t/b,200 shot of giggle juice,pa built 4r70w with brake,4.10 gears, precision converter and almost every other bolt on imaginable ran high tens..the 03 cobra swap with pulley ,same exhaust and drive train as 2v would run low 10 teens all day..4v turbo is not even worth comparing to either one. ohhh did i forget to mention the 5.4 dohc im building now? ;)

@branman50314 really? whats done to ur dads 96gt because the cobra motors have about 60 more horses or so over the 04 gt which has about 50 more then the 96... i have some 04 gt heads to put on my 96 which will make it a pi swap but the cobra will still have more hp about 60 or more... the sc cobras have a considerable amount more...

Very nice build. I like that you kept the outside clean. You gotta love the efficiency of turbo over s/c. I'm sure it doesn't matter, but I would bet your in-town MPG went up. Next time you make a vid, reduce the music volume when the car is running. We want to hear that beast.
@DIENAMICProductions if im not mistaken i think 94-96 and some early 97s had them...no 98s that im aware of came from the factory with them.. also my interior is pure black no 99-04 had a true black interior it was dark but sort of not actualy black. i was looking for a center console for my shifter set up and no 99-04 would match my black.

It's still a daily driver... Yes I put it all together myself. From the engine buildup to the tranny, rear end, turbo kit and now I'm fabricating a 6 point roll cage. Damn it's turning into a race car more and more every day.
thanks man..went to the 1/4 mile track last night for 1st time with this combo. on pump gas it went 10.20s letting of at the top end with 16-17 pounds of boost. i think it has a high 9 sec pass in it on 93 octane.
yes gt tranny with lincoln block.... its the same block that comes on the 96-98 cobras..just different cranks. since all lincoln are auto, if ur putting a stick tranny u need to swap the6 bolt flywheel over..
Love it, I have a 98, have the PI swap, BBK LT headers, much more, my dream is a turbo, just don't have the cash yet, working on it, hopfully this summer.

oh the tire has never rubbed..M/T 28x10 1/2x15 on a 10 inch weld wheel with 6 1/2 back spacing..iner lip on wheel well was cut off. no rubbing internaly.
turbo cost 600.00 from a friend. no i dont sell crack,but the way things are going maybe soon. i do all my own work on my car from engine building to turbo kit. something breaks i fix. if you are not mechanicaly inclined and dont have tons of money to shell out .then this is not your hobby. i choose my mods carefuly.i look at combos that work and duplicate them.oh and it doesnt happen overnight. ur looking at 4 years worth of parts on the vid. : )

turbo is the answer.. i had 17 psi on the blower and went 7.00 @ 94-96 mph with the turbo i've been 6.70 @ 104 mph with only 12 psi..
