The game in this video is an enchanced version of Flatout2 and not Flatout "3", but "Ultimate Carnage Edition" with better graphics and physics and more... it's the same game as 2. There are just few new cars and tracks and better graphics, but first, Flatout 3 was meant for PSP, but then they made Flatout 2 and released it, after that, they continued building Flatout 3, but they made it for PC and made it look better and added some differences

To me BurnOut Paradise is better for features and graphics. And the graphics are just better than FlatOut 2 so I think theres not much point for FlatOut 3 compared to FlatOut 2.
