No. Jason is related to Justice Ward who is Edwards grandson through his affair with Mary Mae. Yes, Edward had a half black son. He cheated on Lila when they where married with Mary. Edwards son Bradely, was murdered and Justice came to town shortly afterward to defend Laura in a murder case, but not his father's. Keesha followed Justice she is Justice's cousin b/c her dad is Bradely's brother...I hope you got all of that and I hope I helped(=

@siugal your so right but I did hear an interview with Angie from All My Children that she has the longest running black charater. She came on in the 70s and has been pretty solid all these years. She took some time off but still it can happen. Sad thing is she was usually alone her Luke and Laura type relationship was with Jesse and he was not as long as her.

It was a horrible and lame way to go. They wrote her out by putting her in a coma. I know laaammmmeee! She was trapped in an apartment where some poisonous gas was seeping in, and she collapsed. I think it caused nerve/brain damage or something. Either way she slipped into a coma, and never came back. So now every once in a while Layla will say I went to visit Vange today. Todd saw her once, but they just showed her hands. :(

keesha and jason are not cousins. Justice and Jason are cousins because they share the same grandfather. Edward had an affair with Justice's grandmother and they had a son who had Justice. Keesha is Justice's cousin. She is the daughter of either one of his aunt's or uncle's on his mother's side.

However, Keesha and Justice are cousins because their grandmother was Mary Mae. Justice and Keesha's fathers were really half brothers although their names were both Ward. Maya's mother is Justice's sister Faith making Edward her great-grandfather.
