Sometimes you can massage the muscle superior to where you are getting the cramp. It helps send circulation down your leg. Say if your getting a cramp on your calf massage your quad, or a bad foot cramp rub down the calf to send blood down to the foot. Hope that may help. Also make sure to take your potassium, which without it in your body you are very prone to cramping.
Great video. I always get very bad cramps in my legs while i'am swimming, and once I almost drowned, because I couldn't move my feet (they were hurting a lot), and I have to try to get to shore safely using just my arms.
I recommend just sitting out and massaging the muscle until it gets better, then just take it easy in the water. then, after a while, when you think your healed enough, try swimming again.
Thanks man, yeah I heard that Magnesium would be good for that, however bananas was something new, and I like them now also, lol. It is usually some of my toes that gets the cramp, to be more specific, but it leads up to the foot aswell, it feels like they are going to come off or something, thx again
